Best pulled noodles in town. No matter how long the wait. Always worth it

We absolutely love The Magic Noodle and find ourselves coming back again and again whenever the craving hits. Our go-to order is the beef brisket noodles... both the regular and the spicy versions. The brisket is unbelievably tender and flavorful, and the hand-pulled noodles have that perfect chewy texture that makes it clear they’re made fresh. Every bowl is comforting, hearty, and deeply satisfying.
While we’ve explored other items on the menu like the fried rice, beef roll, onion pancakes with braised pork belly, and Dan Dan noodles (all solid choices!), we somehow always end up ordering the beef brisket noodle. It’s the kind of dish you start craving out of nowhere.
Another big plus is the service... consistently fast, efficient, and friendly without ever making you feel rushed. Even when they’re busy, the food comes out quickly and everything runs smoothly.
If you’re a noodle fan or just looking for a reliable spot for a warm, delicious meal, The Magic Noodle is definitely worth checking out. It’s become one of our comfort food favorites!

Pretty dirty place there was dirty towels on the floor and the food was just mid the beef was really thin the soup was just warm and came in a pretty small size. If you're looking for good quality noodles Shang or yun noodle is the best option

Ordered the beef noodle soup with hand pulled noodles. Soup was savory and noodles were cooked well. Beef brisket was tender.

Food and noodle presentation excellent.
I think our server was having a bad shift... alittle rude, but wasn't disturbing enough to spoil the dining experience. Best noodles so far.

One of the best hand pulled noodle places hands down. Good portion size for the price. Beef roll has great flavor. Overall an excellent place to eat.

We go to magic Noodle every week.
C6 Chongqing Noodles are my go to order.
Dan Dan Mian is too sweet, not a fan
Pork Rib Noodles go great with knife cut noodles.
Kung Pao Chicken noodles: too much garlic
Appetizers, Rice dishes and dumplings are ok.
R likes Sichuan Beef brisket, not the general beef brisket one
We just tried the magic noodle for the first time over the weekend. The spicy wontons were definitely the best I’ve ever had! Amazing! The beef brisket soup was pretty good, but it needed to be hotter. The scallion pancakes were OK but a little too thick for my liking.
The prices were really good and the portions were large. The restaurant is pretty small and it does get packed, so make sure you go at an off hour.
My one big complaint is the place was kind of like a playground. There were so many kids screaming and crying so loudly in such a small restaurant that it really put a damper on our dining experience and made us rush through our meal to try to get out of there as quickly as possible. One child was throwing chop sticks that hit another patron beside us.

The food was amazing. Seasoned to perfection. The pork ribs were super tender, the spicy pork dumplings were delicious and the beef burrito sealed the deal. 100% recommend. Its not a lot of seating though.

Servers are welcoming. Housemade noodles taste good. Pretty cool that guests have a view of the noodles being made. Portions of protein and vegetables could be a bit more balanced. Didn't feel like there was enough protein and vegetables. But definitely an abundance of noodles.
