The food at Oak Room was really good, and I enjoyed my meal. However, I was disappointed with the service at the end. I was supposed to receive 23 cents in change, but the employee told me they “don’t do change” and kept it. While it’s a small amount, it should still be returned unless the customer chooses to leave it as a tip. It’s the principle that matters. Great food, but this experience left a bad impression.

You can’t tell me that all these 1-4 star reviews are legitimate.. this is THE PLACE I go to after a convention at Venetian, or Wynn, or Encore.. pretty much any convention adjacent to the Venetian- I’ll be here.
They KNOW their whiskey.. and they have it ALLLLL.
