The Palm - Las Vegas

Great experience and the server took the experience to the next level when he brought the lobster to the table live. The kids really got a kick out of this.

Fantastic! Anyone who is local or visiting must try this place. The service is incredible. We had Ruan who is such a good waiter! Also Jon Jacob fab waiter too!

The Palm is one of those restaurants that is underrated. The food & service is excellent. From the moment they great you until you leave they make you feel like they are so happy you dined there. I went for the restaurant week special & it was great. There were great choices & the service & food did not disappoint. Their regular menu is also very good. There are very few fine dining that offer a lunch menu with reasonable pricing. Can't wait to return

We go to The Palm every time we are in Las Vegas. There are a lot of steakhouses to pick from in Vegas, but we found The Palm to be consistently great. The food and the steaks are excellent, the atmosphere is nice, but relaxed and comfortable. The service and management are the best we have found in Vegas. We only go once or twice a year, but the staff and the management always go out of their way to make us feel like we are truly valued customers.

Whole lobster tails were disgusting but the rest of the food was good

We are fans of The Palm, and have been for several years. This evening's visit did not change our satisfaction one bit. First, the bar staff is pleasantly receptive, and we have the distinction of being personally recognized by name and preferred libation (that is good, isn't it?). That aside, the staff is pleasantly professional and knowledgeable of both beverages and the entire food menu. Our selected meal choices, oysters and arancini for starters, and for entrees steamed lobster (in my opinion, better by far than grilled, though ANY lobster is great and Osso Bucco were wonderful. We have had other entrees a d starters, and all were well prepared and presented. Overall, it is a distinct pleasure to dine here for any occasion, large or small. This evening's we celebrated my wife's —rh birthday, and a tasteful recognition was arranged by the staff. For those of you of a particular age, you will understand if I think of The Palm as our “Cheers Bar” with great food.

The Palm is one of our favorite restaurants, we often visit in DC, NY, and especially in Las Vegas. The wait staff is always attentive and the food is fantastic. The variety beyond a standard steakhouse is great. We often go without kids, but have taken out 11 & 14 year old several times as well and they enjoy everything about it such as the Caesar Salad and Chicken Parmesan.

The food and ambience was wonderful. The service was very slow because it appeared There were just two waiters working the entire floor and we waited quite a long time for our order to be taken.

Devin was so lonely. Highly recommend this love for any non-American looking for a bit of fun!

The food and location were great, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The bread, in particular, was delicious. That said, two things stood out: toward the end of our meal, staff checked to clear our plates almost every 30 seconds, which felt a bit intrusive. Also, the $5.25 (plus tax and tip) for a tiny Diet Coke was unlike anything we’ve ever seen.

Bad service.

Everything was great but the HVAC was blowing very cold air and they had no way of fixing that!

My friends and I ate at The Palm on April 11. This is the second year I’ve eaten there for my birthday! The food was absolutely delicious! I got the meatball as an appetizer and it was delicious! The filet melted in my mouth! We also had wild mushrooms, half and half and au gratin potatoes! I also got a complimentary chocolate cake for my birthday! Barry, our waiter deserves a 10 for service! He made sure we had everything we needed or wanted! He made my birthday dinner something none of us will forget and will probably go back next year! The managers, Michael and Victor were also amazing! It was the perfect place!

Our New York prime and 4 lb lobster were cooked perfectly, and the service was spot on!

I am giving 4 stars as the service outshined the food by far. The blood orange margarita was tasty, the Caesar salad was mediocre, and the pasta bolognese was gloppy. Food : 3 at best. They took my pasta off the bill. Service :4.
