I live in Las Vegas and have been here quite a few times. There were two of the 8 oz ordered, as well as two other items I cannot remember. This was in April 2024, but still cannot remember. I was surprised at how small they were, but more than that, it was like I was eating a pail of salt. The mashed potatoes were good. One of the major items was our server. Why is a complete stranger calling me hon and babe? It annoyed me more than you can imagine. Was this done for a larger tip, because I always give a minimum of 25%. It bothered me.

This is an over long due review. Let's start with how much I enjoy coming to Vegas and staying at the Palms. They have everything you need for your stay. From a Spa day to watch a movie. They offer everything! They have different restaurants to choose from plus the food court and AYCE buffet which now offers brunch mimosas during the week- downside is that lines get pretty long so don't come hungry to give time to be in line. On this particular occasion, I was helped by Jessica at check in. What an absolute pleasure! She made sure I was comfortable by offering water and explaining every step to keep me engaged. I appreciate how friendly and helpful she was. I've never experienced the room/public restroom/ food court/machines being dirty, it is always ready to go and ready to welcome you! The variety of restaurants is great to have. On this visit I noticed they opened a New Mexican restaurant which the words were hard to read but the vibes were awesome and they also opened a new BBQ restaurant, two stories so plenty of space. In the food court you can find McDonald's, coffee bean, sandwich shop Panda Express and you can always make your way to the movie theater concession stand for a quick snack. For night entertainment you have the Ghostbar which is located on the 55 floor and offers beautiful views of the strip. Highly recommend this hotel! Make sure to join their rewards program as they often send offers.

The Palm at Caesars Palace offers a steak experience that's above average. From the moment you sink your teeth into their steaks, you know you're in for a treat. The quality of the meat is good. With attentive service and a cozy ambiance, The Palm earns a solid 4 out of 5 stars for its outstanding steak offerings. I'll add that while there are many other steakhouses on the Strip and off it that are better, this restaurant is still great if you're staying in or near Caesars.

First day of our trip and mom was hungry so decided to pop in here. It's a lovely upscale restaurant and the staff here are amazing. We were surprised by the gigantic portions. Felt bad leaving so much to waste but definitely didn't see a place like this giving us such huge amounts of food. Ate as much as we possibly could because it was so delicious. I had the lobster gnocchi since I've never had anything quite like that before. When it was brought out I saw the lobster tail on top and thought that was going to be it, but there's actually quite a bit more mixed in with the sauce. Lovely atmosphere and a large selection of wine by the glass or bottle. Come here hungry or have a way to reheat your leftovers for sure. Solid food and service.

This place is as great as we got there before the crowd so it was nice to be able to hear the conversation and the food and service were excellent. The desserts are worth getting. Great taste and unbelievable value.

Excellent food, excellent service for our large group. The best basil lemon drop martini!

The food quality was the worst upscale dining experience I've ever had. That's saying a lot as I am 66 years old. The only tasty dishes were the macaroni and cheese and lobster bisque. The filet was quite tough and dry. The margarita tasted like a premixed. My son barely touched his lobster gnocchi. What a waste of $200. I will say that the service was good. I enjoyed my chick fil a sandwich on the way home more than this meal.

The service was incredible at this location. Led by John Jacob, the service team took care of everything including dessert at the end of the night. John Jacob was personable, entertaining, and steered us in all the right directions. He made this experience for us.The steaks were high quality, cooked perfectly, and seasoned liberally. The cocktails were also really good. I highly recommend the maple bourbon sour. The two misses were on side dishes -- the pasta and creamed spinach -- so not a big deal for us.The inside, which is where we sat, is high-end steak house but with a comfortable vibe. If you want to get more casual, you can also eat outside in the Forum Shops. Cool experience either way.I recommend visiting if you're in Las Vegas. Ask to be seated with John Jacob and you're guaranteed a memorable dining experience.

Very attentive and friendly staff. You don't get bugged but plates cleared away, drinks refilled and asked if need anything very timely. You get what you pay for and we had top notch steaks. Cooked perfect and choice prime cuts. The Mac n cheese and asparagus were also excellent. Craft cocktails, large wine list and prime liquor selections. Would eat here again for sure. Looking for a fine dinner out stop here.

The service and waitstaff were amazing. The food was just ok compared to other options at similar price points within walking distance. Good people watching from their Forum Shop patio.

Amazing service and food. I wish I had a place to store leftovers because it was so good and portion sizes were so big. Our server was amazing. He even brought over a taste of the lobster bisque. Which by the way is to die for. The server went above and beyond by recommending I spare my white dress from my pasta splash with a lovely bib. We sat on the "patio" which is awesome people watching location but inside seating is still great.

A gem in Las Vegas. Amazing service, food was brought out very quickly. In retrospect I wish I had done the power lunch and tried the lobster bisque and catch of the day, as the chicken milanese was a bit dry. But still 5 stars for the quality and atmosphere.
