I like their prime ribs. I ordered medium rare and it came out right. Service was good. Price was reasonable. I'll be back

I used to eat at the Prime Rib Loft quite frequently, but now the service was bad and the food was just ok. Everything took a very, very long time. Dinner took close to two hours and we only had salad and entrees. I was extremely disappointed. Sorry it turned out this way.

The Prime Rib Loft has been closed for months due to coronavirus. They were open just a few days for Thanksgiving. This was one of our go to places for good drinks and food prior to the pandemic. For this brief opening they had a very reduced menu, although the food was excellent and very fresh. The drink offerings were bottom of the barrel, but at least they offered something other than wine and beer. We hope they will be able to get back to normal in the near future.

Awesome restaurant and atmosphere, reminded me of old school Vegas with the large booths , had the rib eye steak which was incredible , great price as well , my friend tried the Cajun prime rib but it was a little dry , soup was also very good , awesome service as well , highly recommend for anyone that wants a great meal without outrageous prices , thank you!

Prime Rib Loft had great prime rib. Caution the horseradish is good but it will knock you back if you use a lot. Service was very good.

So many great places to eat at The Orleans including here. Prices werent outrageous - could eat for $25 a plate with good portions and sides. Corn chowder was amazing as was their shrimp/scallops and hubby liked the Prime Rib. The server was amazing and recommended things and made sure we were well taken care of - never had to wait for a refill either - nice work!

I have been coming to the Loft for several years and every meal has been outstanding. We had the Cowboy steak, 2 prime ribs, and the Louisiana Shrimp and the meals where great as alwys.

Menus were dirty and need to be cleaned. We went there on the day of our anniversary which was noted when we made the reservation. It was obvious out waitress was not aware of the anniversary. The only acknowledgement we got was when we were leaving, the hostess wished us Happy Anniversary. We have been regular customers for a few years but may have to reconsider in the future.
