Absolutely Delicious after my workout!I had the Power Salmon Bowl which was very flavorful and a hearty healthy option. I would've given it 5 stars but they are a bit pricey. It makes sense though because it is right next to the gym.

I ordered the Light Greek bowl with steak, and it was pretty terrible. The menu says: All Natural Tenderloin Steak, Shredded Kale, Spinach, Purple Cabbage and Carrots, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Black Olives, Red Onions, Humus Feta Cheese & House Balsamic Vinaigrette. The steak was HORRIBLE. Each cube was so tough and chewy that after spending several minutes on each bite, I would have to spit out parts of the steak that were simply inedible. There wasn't any spinach or cucumbers in my bowl, and the salad mix clearly came from bag consisting of pre-chopped iceberg, cabbage and carrots, with a hint of kale. The whole meal was completely disappointing and way too pricey. The one star is for the staff who seemed nice.

It was my first time at The Protein Source, and I am not going back. I ordered a bowl. The mash cauliflower and asparagus were cold. The server placed his hand around the bowl and said it was warm. Of course, outside the bowl was warm bc of the microwave, but it was still cold. I asked to be refunded, and the lady said it couldn't happen bc the manager wasn't there. It wasn't my problem if the manager wasn't there. I was an unhappy customer and they should have refunded my money. I had to order something else, which also wasn't good. I would not recommend this place.

Changing my eating habits has been hard with little options to eat out at. This place came up on my search and I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. Most "healthy" food places are over priced and bland. Protein Source was reasonably priced and flavorful. I ordered the BBQ turkey burger with a side salad and lettuce wrap. I left full and satisfied. There was a bit too much lettuce wrap, but that's my only complaint. I'll be coming here every time I'm in the area.

We ordered a protein berry acai bowl and a vegan Buddha bowl. Both were healthy and delicious. The place was green and clean. Very well maintained. Friendly staff. Totally recommend this place.

I have been there multiple times and/or ordered the same thing from Door Dash and never had a problem but I guess you really get to know a place when you DO have a problem and they treat you like crap! So a few weeks ago, I got my usual Westside Turkey Bowl (extra salsa) to go... When I got home, I noticed that one of the salsas looked like the lid was bubbled up, indicating to me that it was too old and fermenting. So I put it to the side and used the other one because it looked fine. Big mistake! Not sure if the turkey was also old or mishandled along with the salsa but my stomach was messed up! I called to discuss but the manager was not there. They told me to come in the following day at a specific time so I did and I brought the leftover food/salsa with me. I showed the cashier and he said that the manager was not there and told me he couldn't refund me without the manager. Then he wouldn't give me a phone number but instead gave me an email, which I had already found online and emailed the day before when he told me there was no manager in-store. That was July 25th and I have not had a response to this very day. Super disappointing.
