We came in as it displays Starbucks logo but service is far from being Starbucks level.The 2 days I visited the store they forgot items from my order and an attendant asked me if I was sure I did not pick it up as I was there to steal a cup of coffee. Service in the real Starbucks on Mirage is awesome. I do not recommend the Roasted Bean.

I really enjoy our stay here while on vacation. The Dolphin and Big cat exhibit inside the hotel was amazing. I'll definitely be booking with the Mirage again.

All of their products are amazing; Deliciously delicious, high quality, fresh, satisfying. During my stay at Hard Rock Hotel Lasvegas - The Mirage, I had a very enjoyable time at both venues within the hotel for breakfast, lunch and evening snacks. I would like to thank the operators, chefs and all the veterans of Roasted Bean for the taste they added to this trip that I will never forget.

Real nice coffee shop where they serve Starbucks. The only thing keep in mind; if you have a Starbucks gift card, then it won't work, because they are not a Starbucks franchise.

Staffing is terrible in the Excalibur Hotel, this coffee stand is no different. 1 person employed, 40 people waiting. The coffee is good enough.

The Roasted Bean is great for coffee and a quick breakfast sandwich when you're staying at the Mirage or even if you aren't. When you get off the elevators, when staying at the Mirage, you turn the opposite direction, cut through the shops and it is right there.

The Roasted Bean is essentially a fancy Starbucks tucked away past the guest elevators near the Mirage's pool. The out of the way location and ample seating make this an excellent alternative to the actual Starbucks near the South Entrance and Pantry, the Mirage's breakfast restaurant. (Both of which are usually crazy busy in the mornings.) Staff is friendly although it can be a hassle to get their attention if something with the order isn't right. Food and drink quality is good and prices are reasonable.
