The DJ was playing (quite meh) music so loud that we couldn’t carry on a conversation seated 50 feet away.
The shark sculpture in the middle is confusing and weird imho (why is it unlit)? A chandelier would have been a more tasteful choice.

Pre-movie tank fill at The Palms. Nursed the $18 Buffalo Stampede until showtime. Though the liquid did not reach even the midway point of the Palms-branded cube, the cocktail was strong, and the spiced sugar lent a delicious contrast. Atmosphere: Lots of white marble, cream and gold, punctuated by the multicolored dipping dots on the walls. Centrally located in the casino, low walled, music from the floor. TVs were imbedded into the pillars, a good non-intrusive way to maintain the sleek lines of the bar. Then, of course, the eponymous segmented shark over the bottle display; shades of Hannibal. Service: Male bartender all business; lady bartender more particular about detail.

Visited because apparently Damien Hirst designed the entire bar, from the logo to the coasters. This bar includes the 1999 sculpture “The Unknown (Explored, Explained, Exploded)” aka the shark - along with nine of his spot paintings. Could not wait to see it in person and it does not disappoint, really a fascinating work of art from all angles. You can find it right at the main entrance, its an oval shaped bar and the shark is visible from the casino floor, but I suggest going in to get a drink and a closer look. I bought the Catch 22 cocktail - floral and fun.

There is seating at the bar as well as table tops with sofas and chairs. This place is very nice and has a great vibe if you’re looking for a cocktail and good music.

My Wife & I were in Las Vegas for business but made a bit of time to have a little fun. We did a lot of research before our trip on the best rooftop bars. After sifting thru a lot of YouTube Vlogs we decided to check out the GhostBar at The Palms. Well, it was....AMAZING! The view is by FAR the BEST view of the strip because you get to see the whole strip! The pictures simply do not do it justice! Great vibe outside too! Speaking of vibe, you go to say hi to Paul & Brian! Those two Bartenders are awesome man! I love champagne cocktails and we worked together to come up with what I call the "MarcoPolo" (MarkPaul)!!! It's Champagne, simple syrup, grenadine, and RUM. It got so popular that others took notice and started ordering it too! I will be going back in a month or so and I cannot wait to stop by to order another one from My Man Paul! Brian too! As for Brian? That dude reminds me of Nate Ruess from FUN. Super cool dude and a great Bartender as well! Eva & I had a GRAND time there! Oh! And let's not forget the DJ. That dude was spinning the platters that matta all night long! He played all our jams and got the dance floor going! Our only suggestion is that they add a more diverse set of alcohol choices to fully allow these talented Bartenders to explore their already formidable skillz! More top shelf items are a must. All in all Eva & I believe you will enjoy yourselves at The GhostBar at The Palms! I look forward to staying there too! It would be our first time! Hopefully we can review that as well! We have fallen to love the Palms but this last visit was extraordinary. Our housekeeper Sarah Alcantara went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and clean. Our family really appreciated it. The only reason I give a 4 is because our bed was to soft for us and there were no bed swaps available nor roll away beds. If it wasn’t for the beds no doubt I would rate our stay a 5. Thank you Sarah Alcantara!!!you were awesome.

Read the fine print very very carefully before booking here! I made a reservation 2 months in advance. Never received a confirmation email for my reservation. Cancelled via phone call it a few days later since I found a better price at a hotel that was actually ON the strip. The person I spoke to on the phone did not mention that I would not be receiving a refund if I cancelled. Now they are refusing my refund saying it was a non-refundable reservation...? I looked everywhere on their website for their cancellation policy prior to cancelling, nowhere did it mention non-refundable if it is cancelled so far in advance. In fact, the cancellation email I did receive says "cancellations are accepted up to 48 hrs before arrival with a full return of deposit". If the cancellation policy was any different than the standard, they should have at least sent a confirmation email at the time of booking to explain this. Very deceitful tactics. Will not be staying here and will not recommend to anyone.

I really appreciate her for accommodating booking hotels & buffet reservations & response back quickly even though she’s in the meeting. Overall she is the best host. Execellent host. I feel grateful and thankful that she is my host. I feel happy & enjoying the palms environments & wonderful services. I will definitely recommend all my friends and relatives and families to enjoy the best buffet at Palms casino. The rate of my host is 10 out of 10! One of my favorite and frequent weekend getaway destinations is Las Vegas. I spent over ten years living there so I know the city as a local and a visitor. I just had my second stay within a year at the Palms. I enjoy the Palms because it has so much to offer I can stay here for the weekend and continue to find new and fun experiences. I spent all Saturday morning at The Spa and had an excellent aromatherapy massage from Patrice. I spent the morning relaxing and exploring the many rooms the spa had to offer. Beyond self care, I also indulged in some of the restaurants. Both La Popular and Scotch 80 offered excellent and attentive service but delicious dishes and well crafted cocktails. Highly recommended, 5 starts and can’t wait to come back!

Tierra was the best waitress. Even on a very busy night, she made us feel welcome and like we were her only table. She was attentive, kind, and efficient. If you stay at Palms, look for Tierra. You will receive the best customer service ever. Thank you Tierra!
