I was suppose to stay here in the ‘Ivory Suite’ in their Ivory Tower back in March 2020 while returning to Maine from Hawaii, but Las Vegas shut unexpectedly down due to Covid hysteria. I recently returned to Vegas and decided to stay here three nights and try out the Ivory Suite again. Dennise the slot Attendant is by far the best person inside a casino I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with, she is the example of over the top customer service. She's literally why I come to this place , all my friends and I LOVE HER!!

Best birthday celebration with family and friends!!! Our host Juan Morales is the absolute best. Always treats my family and friends extremely well. The entire staff including Ray, Kim, VIP front desk, and restaurant help have been amazing. We will definitely be back.
