Tomi Ramen is a hidden gem with some of the best ramen in town. The beef bolgolgi ramen and bolgolgi fries are to die for, not too salty but sweet. The servings are large, perfect for leftovers. The charming atmosphere and top-notch service make it a great experience for first-timers. They have a nice variety of ramen, including vegetarian and gluten-free options like the creamy vegan bowl with gluten-free noodles. Ice-cold beer by the pitcher adds to the delightful experience. The food and service was great, it was clean inside too. Loved the Bulgogi Fries, both ramens are DIY W/ chashu/pork and delicious. The price was reasonable and inexpensive. The flavor of the broth was delicious and the spicy level was PERFECT. Just be mindful that it's a small space, not ideal for large parties.
