Heard all the rave reviews so had to try it. Well the hype is real. Started with the tuna carpaccio and it melted in the mouth. The sauce was amazing! The portobello fries was really good. Had the sampler katsu plate and the shrimp was the best tempura I had and the regular katsu was delicious. Mrs had the wagyu spicy ramen and, wow is all I can say. The soup was so good!!!! Licked the bowl clean. Our server Jason was super helpful and gave great advice on food choice. Oh...

Let me start with a popular dish: The wagyu burger on a hot sizzling cheese fondue plate. It is very delicious but let me be more specific. Very delicious on the first few bites, but it gets heavy and starts getting old fast. This doesn't mean it's bad, it just means it's great for sharing! Don't eat this alone.

We also ordered the chicken katsu and it was really good. The batter was crispy to perfection and the chicken was quality white...

5 stars all around - it's as good as every says it is. Just beware - the katsu takes about 25 min to make so make sure to bring your patience. Also, the parking in that plaza will also require your patience, so best to park further away and walk, or take Uber.
