Raku is one of my favorite yakitori spots in Vegas. The homemade tofu is outstanding—don’t miss it with the green tea salt. The chicken tail skewer is perfectly grilled, juicy, and flavorful. A must-visit for authentic Japanese grilling.
THE go-to spot for yakitori in Vegas. Literal skewering on the spot which is a ton of work and the effort shows through the taste. Servers and chefs are very hospitable each visit. Not to mention, the pricing for the quality you're getting is insanely good
Everything was prepared to perfection. I sat at the bar, I love watching everything unfold in front of my eyes. Placing of the binchotan charcoal, preparation of the meat and the slow cooking process of the yakitori, tomatoes and other various items from the menu. The serving staff and chefs alike were kind, Friendly and yet not overly talkative. The food arrived at the perfect temperature and seasoned as you hope it would.
