I recently stayed at the Wynn on business. We had a small event at the Tower Suites Bar and when I tell you that Edith and Janae went above and beyond to make sure that it was a smooth and enjoyable experience for our team, that does not even come close. The whole time they were on it. Every time a new person arrived, Janae was there ready to see what they wanted. Mind you she had other tables, and the bar was completely packed. Edith accommodated us and made sure everyone was comfortable. I will absolutely be planning to host more small events in this space when our team is in Vegas. Thank you so much to Edith and Janae, your customer service was impeccable!

What a bad attitude from bartender GiGi. He is a very unhappy person and I can’t understand why he is taking care of customers at a place where everyone should be treated with courtesy.

In a corner of The Wynn is the charming Tower Suites Bar. Beyond the bar are some very comfortable lounging areas. Go there. The music is easy 70's (all the best) and the servers have mastered the art of being very attentive and friendly without pressure. The interior decor is shades of cream with pearlescent accents that just add to the elegant, easy vibe. Here there is no guilt in pulling out your laptop to finish up that last bit of work before your party gets checked in...and it's a $7 iced coffee.Noticeably missing from their whiskey list is Bruichladdich. Also Laphroig, but they do have McCallan and Oban...so that might be understandable.

My mom and I went in for a drink. We sat and waited to be helped for over 10 minutes. The server kept passing us and paid absolutely no attention to us. We ended up leaving. Thus, the service was terrible. The menu of cocktails looked appetizing as did the atmosphere. Unfortunately, because of the service we did not get to experience it.

The Front desk at Tower Suite were rude, poor education who works on 04/07 at around 1:00am. One named Kelly, another one idk her name but she was very very rude, sounds like she works in a 2 star motel. We ask for a shower cap, first they said it gonna takes 30 mins. Fine, we waited it for about 30 mins but still didn’t got the shower cap, so we call back and ask them what’s going on. They said take about 1 more hr. Are you kidding me? I cannot believe I lived in a suite of Encore and ask for a showercap takes 1 hr. You guys should training your employees and don’t let rude and poor education people to work here.
