Visited store NV026 in Las Vegas today on LV Blvd about 2:20pm. They had 2 employees, the cashier was very rude to my son who went in to place our order. They had one employee making the smoothies. It took almost 30 minutes to get our drinks with only one customer ahead of us! So I don’t really know what the deal is with this location but yesterday was totally fine. Today is a story. There was a note on the drive thru menu saying, “going on break back at 9:30” yesterday and the same note today.
Yesterday I came later so maybe that’s why I got my drink and it tasted good and the guy was super sweet.

I stopped in to get a smoothie, there was one other person there besides me, I was the only one waiting to have my order taken it took them 10 minutes to even ask me what I wanted as they knew I was there since I walked in. The smoothie was delicious, but all I can say is the service they gave was pretty sour. Won’t be going back to this location again, that’s for sure!

Tropical Smoothie Cafe, located near Giovanni’s pizzeria, offers delicious smoothies. Despite some minor issues with orders, the staff provides excellent customer service. The location can be a bit messy during pick-up, but the friendly staff compensates for it. Overall, a great place for a refreshing smoothie experience.
