There is a girl who is usually working when I go in and she is just amazing and she even offered to help me bring a big order to my car and I know that is not in her job description so I was really thankful that she offered!

Order was completely wrong Paid for chicken in bowl didn't get it. Said no onions had extra onions Didn't get the sides we ordered The peanut paradise is supposed to have peanut butter / banana I have had many times All you tasted was the protein. Could not even drink it!

They're only that of either banana or something that immediately cancels out 50% of their menu according to the employees that work there the person in charge of ordering doesn't care that's why they're always out of the stuff the girl Aria who works there closing shift to 9 decides that she doesn't want to make any food for certain items an hour before she has to leave I have not been able to get food there for the past two days because she says she didn't make food

First time I tried this place in Vegas & I was so happy to find that they had one closer to me, I frequent this place because it's really good. The avocolada is my new fav, I have them add banana sometimes

If I could give this location 0 stars I would... I've been going to Tropical Smoothie for years all locations.. whether here in Vegas or in other states... my experience at The Red Rock Hotel & Casino was horrific. I first had to wait about 10 minutes to place my order for a Smoothie I believe only one girl is working right now.... yes this just happened 4/21 @ approx. 12:40p... so I placed my order I was told I couldn't pay with 100.00 bill all well I paid with my card... so again I noticed she was the only one working and her tip jar probably had a few dimes and lint... so I saw a few dollars in my purse, without hesitation I threw them in her tip jar... this young girl had the audacity to turn around and approach me at the counter with attitude and said "What's up with that" "What are you doing" I said are you serious... you just saw me pull out several hundreds... you see all these singles in my hand but you would think I'd reach over your counter for those crumbs of a tip..... insultinggggg to say the least.. The nerve all over waiting long for a 7.03 smoothie... I stormed off without the Smoothie or refund as I'm in the 1:00p bingo session as I leave this review... I went back and asked for a refund where I was denied... but she offered to make my smoothie... still showing no remorse for her accusation nor did she apologize. I'll be going back over when I get out of this session to request my receipt and contact the store manager personally... something's cannot be tiaras in the world we live in today...

The food and smoothies here are fantastic!! Try the All American & Southwest breakfast wrap. They are so filing. And my girlfriend tried the banana peanut butter wrap before our hike and she loved it. Service was great.

Not super excited you have to go thru the casino to get to it (smoke, noise) and they were out of a couple ingredients... but still tasted great, service was friendly and very fast.

Came here a while back, was very dissatisfied with my experience. The food didn’t taste fresh, and the place felt unsanitary. I wouldn’t recommend coming here for a snack, much less a meal.

God awful. We spent forty bucks on 3 smoothies and 3 cookies through Postmates, and not only were the cookies missing from our order, but the smoothies were SO WATERED down that we couldn't even drink them. Garbage. They weren't answering the phone when we tried to call multiple times. Will never order from this place again. Save your money. Even the smoothies at McDonald's are better quality. We got screwed out of $40.
Quick friendly service. Smoothie is thick and flavorful, not to mention custom flavors. My daughter was delighted with her lunch. Moderate pricing put appropriate for location. Got the chicken quesadilla. Lightning the chicken wish there was a bit.more. flavors are great though. Smoothie was by far the favorite. Yum! Thanks!

My smoothie was not blended and I asked for dark chocolate in my bahama mama (highly recommend) & I couldn't taste it. The only reason they don't get 0 stars from me is because the employees were nice

Came in for a smoothie today, and was thoroughly impressed by the staff and their great service! The store was clean, my smoothie was blended with a high level of precision, and I could not have been more impressed with my visit! I'll definitely be back to this shop next time I'm at Red Rock Casino!

Talk about beyond RUDE!!! Johnny the owner (said he was anyway) is perhaps the rudest business owner I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. He is a smart mouth, who screams at his customers and clearly has the "little man" complex. This TS is located in Red Rock. It's just not worth it with his inflated prices to deal with a creep like him.
