Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Need to hire more people only 1 person working doing indoor and drive thru orders and is struggling to get indoor and online orders done 20 minutes the order is late and still hasn't started. Barely started order was supposed to be ready at 1:25pm and it's 1:44pm. Now done and it's 1:47pm.
I don't blame the worker I blame the company for poor management skills and not having enough people to cover.

the workers there were so nice and brought me my food right away, loved the environment in there!

I came in to pick up a delivery order. When I came in I was told they weren't open but there was a customer sitting in the establishment waiting for his order. I don't understand how they weren't open when the doors were unlocked and the neon sign clearly said open.

and doors are locled

To the older African American girl in the mornings, if you don’t like your job, quit. I’ve come here for almost two weeks now and she is always annoyed and irritated.smoothies come out watery. Going to St rose from now on.

Why the service is so slow ! Every time I come over is a 20 minute wait ! Are you kidding ?

I ordered online to pick up and when I came in the staff seemed annoyed and I really didn't do anything I just walked in but I went to the area where the online orders are and online my smoothie was there I ordered a smoothie, a chicken club with chips, and an acai bowl then a staff member came up to me and asked if I ordered online and if my order was there I said yes but I had more items they went and looked and only got my chicken club I asked about the acai bowl they said they don't make those there? But they said it annoyed even though I just wanted the order I paid for and I was not being rude I was just asking for my order. When I look at my smoothie it isn't even filled up all the way too there was a bit missing from the top and I still got charged for everything I bought but I didn't receive everything don't come to this tropical smoothie save your money go somewhere else.

Friendly and quick, no wait time and drinks were made fresh.

Parking: Drive thru is kinda hidden but if you pull around towards the Starbucks you’ll see the entrance.

It's always super slow even when there are no other cars. You wait 10 mins before they even take your order and then you're stuck in the drive through. There's no cover either so you bake in the sun and the smoothies are half melted by the time they even come. The worst location ever.
I was just in the drive through for almost half an hour total!!

Don’t go here unless you like waiting 20 min in a drive thru. And then yelled at when asking what’s going on oh and the drive thru window slammed in your face . Worst customer service ever I don’t understand how they hire people that deserve to be in the zoo . If you’re short staffed hire more people or close your drive thru ! Why waste people’s time ? Do your self a big favor just go to Jamba Juice
