So I guess their dining room is just for show because they made me use the drive thru even though I could see my to go order sitting there in the counter and the sign clearly said open. Finding the drive through was a small challenge since it’s also not marked in anyway and there are a bunch of other shops and eateries in the area. You legit go through like an alleyway and you had best be in the right spot or you’re driving all the way around the building again.

Waited 5 minutes for them to take our order with only one car! We ended up leaving to go to an other one and was assisted immediately!! Also the drive thru in constructed very poorly

Ordered through the drive thru window instead of the speaker after waiting for the 2 cars ahead of me to receive their orders. Unfortunately the smoothie was not blended all the way which left a third of it unable to be consumed through the straw. I understand experiences may vary but to order one item and it not be prepared properly is very disappointing. Please take the extra 10-15 seconds and blend the smoothies all the way. If it is chunky to pour into the cup, it will be chunky when trying to drink it.

I can always count on you the moment I hear your voice on the other end to make the most AMAZING ANYTHING I ORDER!! Brightens my night after a long day of work when I’m in drive-through. Sending so much gratitude to you every time we come to the drive-through whether it’s one order or 10 orders at a time. I really want to take this time out to express appreciation towards this employee, she goes above and beyond to satisfy her customers verifying our order every single time always exceeding the expectations. At the end of a crazy day running through the drive-through to grab a smoothie before headed home she is always so personable happy and excited every single time we come through the drive-through. My son and I literally get so happy to see that it’s her with her flower in her ear with a big smile. Every single drink is always amazing to the T. I would just like to take this time to thank her for always being so positive and encouraging and uplifting in that little amount of time from when I ordered until I get my drink she constantly provides the best customer service I can go on and on but it’s the little things in life that matter and her conversation with me before I wrap it up after a long 14 hour day means the most and I hope she knows that she is so valued & such a beautiful soul :)

Went to the drive-through the lady was trying to run us so fast. I couldn’t understand what she was saying. Kind of rude. The store to go in West closed you had to go through the drive-through only was looking to have an experience just sitting down with my granddaughter and having a smoothie. I will never come back here.

I should have checked the reviews before ever going to this location. How does one mess up every single item in an order? The smoothie is not even a smoothie, because it’s not smooth. Not even close. If I had to describe it, It’s pulpy juice and tastes nothing like the ingredients. The açaí bowl was frozen solid. The entire açaí portion of the bowl was frozen solid. I tried calling this location over 15 times, nobody ever picks up. If I wasn’t already on the highway I would have gone back for either a refund or a replacement.

Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else.

Need to hire more people only 1 person working doing indoor and drive thru orders and is struggling to get indoor and online orders done 20 minutes the order is late and still hasn't started. Barely started order was supposed to be ready at 1:25pm and it's 1:44pm. Now done and it's 1:47pm.
I don't blame the worker I blame the company for poor management skills and not having enough people to cover.
