Staff here have the worst attitude & customer service.

Friendly service. Bathrooms were clean. She made my smoothie just the way I like it. I order a blast smoothie and added about 4 other things. I asked for it to be thick- don’t like watery smoothies (people with texture issues understand). 😂

That smoothie gave me life as I continued my day trip in Vegas

I did not get a chance to get the young lady's name who is working the front today. It was exremely busy today and she was by herself and despite that she was so pleasant and her customer service is top notch. This is my 3rd encounter with her and she is awesome! She deserves a raise and recognition!

They need to fire all employees and start over. There’s 10 customers in line and no one is working. One employee in dining room eating no one behind counter this place is horrible

I went to this location and ordered a magic mango smoothie. Let me tell you that a La Croix is orders of magnitude more flavorful than this smoothie. It's basically yellow, mango scented water. It's not sweet, it doesn't taste like fruit, and it was a waste of money. I was not given a receipt either.

This rating only should reflect on the owner/District Manager for lack of sincere care of loyal customers/customers in general for not being able to take ANY WALK IN CUSTOMERS ORDERS WHATSOEVER , and having two sweet girls , if I recall their names were ,Jazmine and Dae to be put in such a ridiculous position to tell a walk in customer that drove across town with our 2 year old whom really wanted some sips of our smoothy , to be told that they can't help us but if we ordered online that they could help us . Well I understand that's what the majority of sheep do these days do but I don't do online orders and believe in not losing some old world ways . I did try being open minded and not so stubborn to place the order while standing in store and was only redirected and told the website was having errors. Those two girls deserve to be recognized for being so calm and helpful to the few people that don't do online ordering and are told they can't be helped after driving all way there and having to disappoint a 2 year old looking forward to some yummy smoothie .

Tropical Smoothie is hands down one of my favorite places to grab something fresh, delicious, and energizing! Every time I visit, I’m impressed by how consistently good everything is — the smoothies are always made perfectly, with real fruit flavors that taste clean and vibrant, not overly sweet or artificial like some other places.

The menu has such a great variety, whether I’m in the mood for something refreshing and light or something a little more filling and packed with protein. I love that they offer healthier options too, and it’s easy to customize exactly what you want. Their food options are just as good — the wraps, flatbreads, and bowls are fresh, flavorful, and perfect for a quick, satisfying meal.

The staff at this location are always friendly, upbeat, and efficient. Even when they’re busy, they keep the line moving and still take the time to make you feel welcome. The store is always clean and well-kept, and the atmosphere is bright and positive — exactly the kind of vibe you want when you’re grabbing something to fuel your day.

Whether I’m stopping by after a workout, during a busy day, or just to treat myself to something good, Tropical Smoothie never disappoints. Five stars all the way!

I ordered the Bahama Mama bowl, and it was frozen.

BAD ATTITUDE HAVING server!!!!! No acknowledgement that I was standing there and then approaches me like I owe her money!!! An attitude so funky I DIDN'T order anything, the food might taste funky!! If you don't like your job try a NEW one!

Have you been to the other tropical smoothies? Particularly, the Silverado Ranch and Maryland location is rude but this location is great 👍 Katie at night is the best i. Serving customers their food with a smile 😊 Chris in the morning is also another person who has been truly great to us. Enjoy this location. Customer service is often lacking at other stores so this location is a gem. Please stay the same. Thank you!

Came now close to 9 AM and it was completely closed.

I stopped at this Smoothie store on a Thursday evening at 5:30pm. It was empty. Despite this, the server didn’t greet me when I entered or say anything to me until I went to stand by the register. I ordered my smoothies and waited. The customer service was seriously lacking with no engagement at all. Despite ordering three smoothies, I had to ask for a carrier. The smoothies were delicious though so kudos for making them so good!

I recommend better training of staff to provide some customer service - it was pretty obvious that the guy working behind the counter didn’t want to be there.

He didn’t greet me when I came in. I asked for my reciept after I paid for it. He threw in the trash and then said he couldn’t print me another one. The drinks are expensive as is so I use the app for points and rewards. I scanned but was unsure if went through or not so I wanted my reciept to use the bar code to sure and yet he was nonchalant about it and said I can’t do it. The wait time was awful. Overall bad customer service and I will not be at this location!
