If you’re looking for a place to steal your money from you, look no further, they refused to give me my money back after waiting 30 minutes for my food. She said employees can’t give refunds only managers. And she didn’t give me my receipt as well. So now I’m out of money and have no proof of purchase only my cc statement.

I came into the tropical smoothie tonight around 8pm… it always blows my mind when you walk into an establishment that is based on a very BASIC level of customer service and you don’t even get that. These kids are just chilling behind the counter, on their phones and didn’t even acknowledge that I walked up.After finally being addressed and taking my order, they didn’t have money to break a $20, which happens sometimes no big deal. But it was the immature group snickering, laughter and lack of management that rubbed me the wrong way. There’s never a grown adult or manager at this location and this location should really, genuinely consider a group coaching or training to improve the poor quality of customer service from these pre-teens who genuinely couldn’t care less they are… WORKING.This new generation really is a piece of work.

Fast and efficient service, there usually aren't many people inside at any time that I drop in. Ambiance is inviting and the lights are usually dim. I usually get the green detox smoothie which has no added sugars. I have yet to try their food, but it all looks delicious and healthy. I will try the food on the next run.

I only gave it two stars because when available the food is good. I go to the one on Silverado Ranch and I usually go through the drive-thru, when I went today the girl told me she'll be right with me after I waited almost 15 minutes I said hello is anyone there and she said I'm working by myself I have to take inside orders too I said how long do I have to wait a person behind me backed out parked their car and went inside after another 5 minutes I gave up because I really wanted my sandwich. And when I went through the window he was being waited on very very poor customer service from the girl that was working today I usually don't have this problem but I love their flatbreads

I am very disappointed at my experience today at the Tropical smoothie location on: 7291 S Eastern Ave Suite 1K, Las Vegas, NV 89119. I arrived with two friends on 11/11/23 at 1:20pm, this is our normal tropical smoothie that we go to often. We were really looking to getting some smoothies. We can see the employee's head behind the window, he wasn't paying attention to us at all. We kept yelling "Hello?" and never got an answer, we can hear loud sounds coming from a phone in the back. We took a picture of the employee's head, you can see his hair and uniform "Tropical Smoothie" logo on the visor. We will share this with all of our friends and family and NEVER ever go back to a tropical smoothie again. We ended up getting smoothies at a much better business who wants our money. I hope tropical smoothie fixes this issue.

Bad customer service cashier had caca face. If you hate your job so much don't take it out on the paying customer. Next time I'm going to spend my money somewhere else where at least they give better service?

Store NV039 has completely changed. I have been going there for a very long time and most of the time they are not open. Even when open they are out of most everything. I have voiced my complaint to the manager and he laughed and said that he knows. It is very disappointing and I feel that upper management should step in and get this store back in order. A couple of the servers are wonderful and I go at least 4 times a week. I would hate for you to lose my business due to poor management.

Kaye, the woman who works the graveyard shift, is awesome. Her customer service and great drink making skills make it worth while coming here. Driving 8 miles for 2 smoothies is worth it from her.
