I ordered online 20 min prior to picking up my order that said would be ready in 15 min. Not only did I not have my order when I got there, but the child behind the counter told me he had no idea what my order was. I showed him my order number receipt which prints off after u place an order thru the app. He told me there is no way to look up my receipt or order by the order number.
