I left a message with the corporate office but I also wanted to let other people know what kind of experience this establishment offered. I went in to order for myself and two of my co-workers, the lady taking my order my no apologies and did not offer any other options I had to ask what I could get in place of chips. However, some customers have faced issues with drive-through orders being mixed up, despite being regulars. The staff is generally friendly and polite, but the cashier can sometimes be slow to take orders. The drive-through could use an update, as the turning radius can be difficult for larger vehicles. Customers would also appreciate the option to use their own cups and receive a discount, as the current use of styrofoam is not environmentally friendly.
