The place has a nice big eating area, where customers can enjoy dishes like the baja wrap, greek yogurt with banana and strawberry, and honey drizzled granola. The smoothies are also a hit with kids. However, some customers have faced issues with drive-through orders being mixed up, despite being regulars. The staff is generally friendly and polite, but the cashier can sometimes be slow to take orders. The drive-through could use an update, as the turning radius can be difficult for larger vehicles. Customers would also appreciate the option to use their own cups and receive a discount, as the current use of styrofoam is not environmentally friendly. Overall, Tropical Smoothie Cafe provides a satisfactory experience, with room for improvement in certain areas.
