The hotel staff are extremely racist !
Terrible, They treated TRAXNYC staff and the owner with no respect. You can tell the hotel manager acted extremely unprofessional
We met our family there in a couple different rooms and had a great 5 day weekend , kept running into family members, yes it’s a big place. The Sphere was showing the New Earth as it was regenerated oh say 2024
