Please do better. This place used to be good. 5 stars for service. All the steaks at our table were overcooked. Not going back again.

The ambiance of Twin Creek is quiet and fantastic, the steaks were as good as I have ever had and I have been to some great places! The servers were fun and very responsive to requests! I highly recommend this steak house, you will not be disappointed!

Food: we gave this restaurant three tries. Then we realize that their prices are just as expensive as a gourmet restaurant on the strip yet they don't measure up. Service: terrible! Every time we've been there the waiter says sorry we're understaffed!!! Ambiance: just OK. Don't bother! Certainly not worth paying over $300 for dinner!!!

The service was the best part. The waitresses were very attentive offering bread, refilling our drinks, and asking if we needed anything. The food however was underwhelming. The shrimp scampi would have been great if the noodles weren't tough. The prime rib had too much fat, literally half the cut was inedible.

Enjoyed every moment of our dinning experience. Friendly staff who is very attentive to our needs. The food was cooked to protection. We enjoyed the bread selection to an amazing appetizer of oysters to our main of wagyu beef that was seasoned well and cooked to our personal preference to our side of Brussels sprouts with bacon was unbelievably good and dessert well worth every bite of over stuffing ourselves. I would recommend!

Walking into this restaurant I felt very underdressed. This is a velvet beautiful room full of great ambiance. Our waiter was great and the other attending servers never let our water glasses get even close half empty. The service deserves 5 stars for sure. Now for the food! We order the shrimp tempura for a starter. It tasted like bang bang shrimp and was very yummy and was a large portion. We then got a filet mignon which was cooked perfectly. Sides are al a carte, the augratin potato and Mac n cheese taste very similar, but still good.

We had been to Twin Creeks in November and it was really good. This return trip, the food had completely changed for the worse. One of the best Prime Ribs I had ever had was tough, chewy and over salted. The baked potato and Caesar salad was passable, but the rest was not. We had a severely undercooked crab cake with brown guacamole underneath it. Shrimp Scampi that I could have made better at home. The restaurant was three quarters empty on a bustling Las Vegas Friday evening. Never again. I could be wrong, but I think they have a new not so good Chef.

The service was the best we have had. The food is over the top. Can't wait to go again. They made my children's first time there very comfortable for them and kindly answered all the questions. Thanks to the ladies that served us.

This is a must if you visit Las Vegas. If there is a nicer restaurant in Vegas then it is well hidden. Food is superb, service is excellent and a fabulous ambience that provides diners with an incredible dining experience. Our go to Restaurant every trip. Only 10 minutes from Mandalay Bay Hotel to the South of Vegas. You will not be disappointed.

Silverton Casino is a pleasant relief from crappy casinos. Silverton has $5 blackjack and friendly pit bosses. What Silverton needs is a 2/4 Limit Poker game with a $4 rake. Twin Creeks' steak and Caesar salad is 5-star perfect.
