Visited right before Vegas had shut down. Very nice, elegant restaurant located in the Waldorf Astoria (formerly the Mandarin Oriental). Great good, and excellent filet mignon. While not cheap, it is not not as costly as some other fine dining establishments in Vegas, so relative to those it's a good value. Very nice views of the strip as well.

I came to Twist for my birthday this year and I have to say, the experience really does not disappoint. In my opinion, it is one of the best restaurants in Vegas. It was one my first time at a Pierre Gagnaire restaurant and it was overall a wonderful experience. It would not be an understatement to say this is one of the best restaurants in Vegas. By far, my favorite dining experience here in Las Vegas.Staff is super attentive, the chefs always producing the most creative meals. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for.
