U-Swirl Frozen Yogurt

customers service was AIGHT the workers were alright at the register…walked in, an employee watching us walk in, no hi welcome in like ok, then you want leave all these tables dirty, making taking the trash out a 2 person job when you really should be wiping these tables. been here for about an hour ain’t no one wiping down tables. nasty asl. i love u swirl so this was a disappointment; yogurts good though.

All the flavors worked. I don't think I've had this experience at any DIY dessert establishment ever before. It was a unicorn.

This might be the cleanest establishment on the east side. Who ever was working tonight had the place looking great and the service was excellent.

I used to love u-swirl but I had the worst service this time one of the girls has such an attitude. I asked for Lechera and she said we don’t have any at the same time her co-worker told her yes we do is inside so the girl gave her a dirty look. The topic station was horribly dirty and pretty much out of everything I ask for Marshmallows sauce she responded the only sauces you see if what we have and have been coming to U-swirl for years so I know they have Marshmallows sauce . The frozen yogurt side was also very dirty and the yogurt was coming out almost like water so soft , against my better judgment I stayed and bought my items I should of just left and gone to Yogurtland like I thought of doing because after eating the frozen yogurt I got so sick to my stomach I was up all night with my head in the toilet. I WONT be going to that store ever again .

It used to be a nice place to get frozen yogurt but like some places recently the price has gotten out of control!?

Honestly I’m never the type to take time out of my day to write things like this but last night irritated me so much, I worked in the food industry so I know the difference from a hectic business day to slow day. Last night I showed up due to me craving frozen yogurt and once I get there there was not a single worker on the floor, I get to the topping it’s all messy and dirty and it’s not even restocked. So I ask the customers where are the workers and on of the customer response to me their right there in the corner eating on their phones and I’m like shocked because I get when it’s busy and you don’t have time for lunch but you take turn to take a quick lunch while your other coworkers are working and once one is done taking there lunch the other ones take it. It’s disappointing how easy it is to do this job and they couldn’t do the bare minimum, when I asked the girl if there was more cheese cake she gave me a dirty look. They’re here to work not to stand there with a full face of makeup and look pretty. Overall I don’t have such a great experience at u swirl last night.

Various flavors of frozen yogurt. (They change from time to time) but just to make a few, vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, strawberry cheesecake, pineapple, coconut, Pina colada, mango, cotton candy.. and lots of topping options. They have strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, walnuts, peanuts, M&M's, Reese's pieces, cheesecake bites, edible cookie dough, brownies, and tons more. All very delicious!The service is quick and easy. After you select the cup size of yogurt you want, u can fill it to however much you want and then add the toppings after. When you're done, you place the frozen yogurt cup on a scale and depending on how much it weighs, that's how much you will pay. The average price I would pay is $7 and up.The store is very spacious and has a lot of seating inside and outside. It's a great place to meet up and catch up with friends or a nice family outing.

Kid-friendliness: Great with kids and very spacious for them to roam around.

First time going to u swirl. Good place.

Frozen yogurt isn’t as cold as it should be. My bowl melted before I even left the premises. There’s no sample taste cups, some of the machines come out as liquid. The girls behind the counter are completely useless and it’s clear they don’t want to be there. When my husband asked to see if we could get more of a topping they might have in the back, the girl behind the counter didn’t say a word, just picked up the tray and went to the back. The staff clearly needs a crash course in customer service. I won’t be coming back.

When the yogurt comes out of the machine it seems to already be melted. I wanted to take mine home and the kids didn't fit. The lady at the register wasn't friendly didn't offer me spoons or a take home bag for 3 yogurts I had to ask. The yogurt tastes very bland. I'll stick to yogurtland.
