Poor cleaning in the lobby

The options were plenty. Could have used a hard chocolate shell. The popping boba selection was fantastic and was the highlight. But the problem I had was we got there 1.5 hours before closing time and the staff had already shut down the dining area inside the establishment. The mop bucket greeted us and the place smell like bleach. Usually clean up happens after close. We didn't feel welcomed to stay and felt obligated to leave right away because all the chairs we put away. Didn't feel like eating outside in the cold wind. Also, $28 for two people is outrageously expensive considering we went to yogurtland the night before and only spent $17.

Upon entering I was overwhelmed by the smell of lemon cleaning fluid. It was like being punched in the face. I appreciate the cleanliness but it was wayyyyy over the top.

They didn't have whipped cream. My grandson was devastated. What sundae based place doesn't have whipped cream?

The staff was polite and offered sample cups for my grandson to see if he liked a topping. I was a little put off that they referred to him as if he were a girl because he has long hair. He has no feminine features and was wearing a NASCAR jacket.

My grandson said the yogurt was good.

I’ve been coming to this location since 2011 or 2012 back when it was still U-Swirl. My only complaint is the current furniture, reminds me of psych ward furniture or prison chairs. If anyone has been coming here for a long time y’all remember what the old furniture looked like. Pls bring it back! Also rip to chocolate mountain factory.

It’s always clean and fresh smelling! We like to go there for the no sugar added frozen Yogart. Along with 22 other amazing flavors to choose from, they have fresh fruit, or other toppings of your choice. It’s the best!

I absolutely love this place. The staff is Always super nice, everything is always clean, and the bathroom is Consistently Immaculate. I stop in regularly to use their bathroom and buy some froyo here and there and they are always so kind to me. It's hard to find places on the east side to let you use their bathroom and not only that but clean ones! I work outside so it's nice to have a place to stop by where there's great vibes, people, and a clean environment all around!!!

customers service was AIGHT the workers were alright at the register…walked in, an employee watching us walk in, no hi welcome in like ok, then you want leave all these tables dirty, making taking the trash out a 2 person job when you really should be wiping these tables. been here for about an hour ain’t no one wiping down tables. nasty asl. i love u swirl so this was a disappointment; yogurts good though.

All the flavors worked. I don't think I've had this experience at any DIY dessert establishment ever before. It was a unicorn.

The ounce price has gone up. A lot of the time, the yogurt comes out runny lately

This might be the cleanest establishment on the east side. Who ever was working tonight had the place looking great and the service was excellent.
