Took my son here for his birthday last night. I understand that the food is on a conveyor belt but the waitress never brought us water and didnt show us where our table was at then the little c u next tuesday gave herself a $10 tip before she ran my credit card and without realizing it I added a tip when I signed. Food isnt even worth it but watch out for that short hair chubby waitress.
This was the 2nd time my daughter we visited this restaurant and unlike the 1st time (on a busy Saturday at noon) what a horrible experience this time on a Tuesday evening! The food is terrific with many fresh, delicious choices on the revolving belts and plenty of other great options on the menu. And the concept is fun. The food itself merits the high rating. Owner's family member - Carol - had the worst attitude, and gave me the rudest experience I've ever had in a restaurant, AND I think she tampered with my food because now I have food poisoning. I'm shocked that anyone from this family thinks it's ok to treat loyal customers like this.
