This BWW really needs some better management. On 2/27/24, I ordered online through the website and was quoted a time of ready by 4:50 pm. I arrived at 4:50 pm. I counted at least 7 empty tables on the restaurant side and even more open tables on the bar side, with a nearly completely empty bar. There was nobody waiting for a table, it was not busy. Ordered take out because my husband and I got a flat tire and were stranded as we waited for our help to arrive. It was promised at 8:20pm on google maps but the email said 8:10. As a former server at BWW I should’ve known that wouldn’t be the case. I arrived at 8:15. Sat waiting till 8:40.
