Vaskers Bakery is an absolute hidden gem! The Shakshuka Plate and the Borekas Plate were out of this world. The shakshuka was everything hoped for--perfectly poached eggs swimming in a rich, savory tomato and pepper sauce with just the right amount of spice. Paired with fresh, warm bread, it was pure comfort on a plate. The Borekas Plate was delicious--crispy, flaky pastry filled with heavenly cheese and potato. Every bite was melt-in-your-mouth good. The side salads were fresh, seasoned to perfection. The atmosphere and service are amazing. The staff was so welcoming and made you feel like part of the family.
