Great family entertainment we could play pool and have a drink with my wife while the kids play the arcade games ,PERFECT !
They also have food but have not tried it yet .

We celebrated my daughters 8th birthday. Though it was a small group, everyone enjoyed it! The food was great, unlike other similar gaming facilities. Thank you Kaitlyn Perkins 🌺 Event Sales Manager, for making it an easy process and taking a load off the parents.

We played air hockey a lot. And a few other games. 3 out of 4 guns didn't work. Skii ball only worked sometimes. We played on someone else's card about 3 games. No idea why it just kept sending good balls. One of the shooter games was so short a limit you couldn't really get anywhere. So outside air hockey we only kinda had fun.
They don't want you to bring in drinks but it's 100° and the drinks were way over priced!
We may go back. Maybe just to use up the money on our cards.

Thank you to Kaitlyn and Sarah from Velocity Esports event team as they worked me with to plan a basketball banquet.

They were incredibly patient as we navigated through some other options and were able to secure a date and time that worked best for our team and food/game cards that fell within our budget. The manager on duty that day was also easy to work and connected a video presentation for us.

The boys had a memorable night eating pizza, fries, cookies, and playing 2 hrs of video games.

We had our son's 5th bday here on Friday. It was wonderful. From the initial set up with Sarah to the excellent server we had. (I can't remember his name :( but everything was fantastic. The food was great. The service was wonderful. He was extremely attentive to us, and was always there if I needed him. He constantly checked in with us, and was very efficient. I didn't have to do anything. He was five steps ahead of me. I never had to ask for anything because it was already done! The bowling was awesome and for the price I would absolutely do it again. Our son had a great time, and we were very pleased overall. 10/10.

We hosted a team building event here for a small group of 13. Getting things set up with Kaitlyn was a breeze. She was very attentive and patience with me when trying to find the best options. I can't thank her enough for her service! Adrian our server made sure we were taken care of during our event. Drinks stayed filled and moving through activities was seamless. Daniel our Bowl attendant was great! He made sure we got shoes and lanes set-up properly and responded to ques of needing help with things very well. Our event room with the billiards was a crowd favorite. Very spacious and great for the price. We had a great time!

What a great night out. We’re visiting from Utah for a family vacation and this place made our time here so memorable. We started with bowling and food! Bowling was awesome and we then we ordered pizza. The pizza was out of this world. I feel like I need to message the pizza reviewers as it was crazy tasty and just cooked to perfection. After we played the arcade and the variety of games was brilliant. We encountered a few staff members who were all really helpful and attentive but a special thank you to Mike. He helped us with our food and the arcade. The guy is just so friendly and helpful. Thanks again for making our visit one we will remember forever.

We had my son‘s 13th birthday party here. We did the bowling package with an add-on for the arcade. We had the whole corner of the bowling area with a nice set up for all of our miscellaneous food and the kids had several lanes to bowl. Area was clean and well maintained, and the staff was extremely attentive. Throughout the two hour bowling part of our party we were quickly running out of food and party hostess Erika was amazing running back-and-forth getting us more trays and more pizzas throughout the event. We started to run low on cupcakes and she managed to get the kitchen to make us a tray of churros, which were amazing. Really appreciate a responsive business. My husband and I are both in business and it’s always nice to find capable folks to work with. Greatly appreciate you guys. the party was a hit and we will recommend others.

Came on Tuesday, March 24th at 8:23pm to celebrate my birthday with a few friends. We’ve been here multiple times before and up until this point, have LOVED it. Tonight, we were thoroughly disappointed by the service and atmosphere. We decided to bowl first and then come back to play some arcade games. We entered the bowling area and saw a few people already bowling, but there was no one at the front desk. After waiting and looking around for help, two men that worked there just walked past us without asking if we needed help or anything. As we looked around the area to find the desk attendant or any kind of help, another worker walked past us to drop off some drinks, and then just walked past us as well without asking if we needed help. After looking around for the posted hours of the bowling alley and having no luck, I went back to the desk where you purchase game cards to inquire if it was just already closed. When asked, the woman at the front told me “I don’t know. If there’s no one at the desk then they’re probably closed.” Which is odd because: 1, how do you work here and not know when the bowling closes? 2, She didn’t even attempt to find anyone who could answer if the bowling was closed or not, and 3, there was no signage posted to alert people that they were in fact closed. My friends were going to buy game cards and just play until closing but due to the honestly dismissive attitude of the woman at the front desk and lack of help from her and the 3 staff members that just passed us by, we ultimately just decided to leave. Why waste your money at a place that clearly couldn’t care if you have a good experience or not? I completely understand that working a job is tiring, especially in this economy. These jobs are being worked by humans and it’s unrealistic to expect people to be smile and/or be happy at work 24/7, but it wouldn’t kill anyone to be helpful or at least try to encourage people to stay at your place of employment. Once again, we’ve never had this type of experience before so we are disappointed and underwhelmed by the “service” we’ve experienced and likely won’t come again in the near future.

We're kids and adults all can enjoy being a kid. Bowling, computer games and so much more. Great way to kill some free time with the family!!!

Great fun for the price.
