The staff is beyond friendly and knowledgeable. We had Ashley who was outstanding. Atmosphere and ambience are fantastic but the house music is way to loud and not fitting for a beautiful Italian restaurant.
The food portions are way too small for the outrageous pricing of nearly everything on the menu.
However the seafood was cooked to perfection and the cocktails were amazing.
We went through what appeared to be a very pretentious wine list also.
Overall dining experience was good. Will not return due to the overall price. Pasta dishes start at $34 and go to $60. That's not a good option for anyone. More food, better pricing would be five stars.
I think this is a great restaurant for special occasions or when visiting Vegas because of the view. The food is not bad but neither great either. I dunno why people are complaining about serving portions, it’s expected for fine dining restaurants. The view and excellent service make up for a good dining experience.

Vetri Cucina has a distinct honor of not only having some of the best views in Vegas but also some of the best food in the city as well.
Located off the strip at the top of the Palms casino, Vetri Cucina provides sweeping views of Vegas. While views alone don't make a restaurant, it's hard to separate the breathtaking views from the dining experience. That being said, what Vetri provides in views, it matches in cuisine.
An Italian centered menu, there is a great mix of shareable dishes and standalone entrees. While the Grilled Seafood Misto and Malfadine Bolognese were two great dishes, the standout on the menu was the Brisket and Carrot Doppio Ravioli.
Vetri Cucina is an intimate restaurant that creates a truly distinct Vegas dining experience.

The best part about this place is the view. The worst part is the food. We selected the tasting menu which was $185 per person. The food was sub par. The service from Will was great, too bad he wasn’t the chef because the food might have been better. Of the tasting menu, the only part that our group enjoyed was the palate cleanser which was a lemon ice with a pomegranate sorbet.
If you are looking for Italian food, I would go else where because for the money I surely wouldn’t return.

My daughter said that the food at the Olive Garden tastes better, and I agree.

I brought my nephew for his birthday. Food was good but the Service was horrible, took 16 minutes just to get water, 28 minutes to receive service, and by the time the food arrived we had waited almost an hour!

On 09/27/24, we arrived to our reservation for my wife's birthday dinner. I had made the reservation weeks in advance to avoid any issues, especially because I requested a window seat with a strip view for us to take pictures and enjoy the view. We arrived and they immediately changed our table. They took us to a table in the middle of the restaurant. I informed them that I had made a reservation for a window seat with the strip view. They told me that the best they can do was a bench seat in a corner with the view of the next Palms building. As bad as I wanted to leave, we stayed so we wouldn't ruin my wives birthday dinner. It's extremely frustrating because I had made this reservation with ONE request because it was a planned dinner date with things I wanted to do with my wife. The food was good. The waiter was very nice. But I see no point in the reservation and request box if you're unable to meet them, especially with a weeks in advance notice. We don't have any memories at this restaurant that makes it stand out when compared to any other restaurant.
Great restaurant. A hidden gem. Great views of the valley and the strip, perfect for a sunset cocktail followed by a dinner looking at the lights of Las Vegas. Food is exceptional. Did the tasting and was not over fed. Perfect amount. Did a part pairing with wine which was perfect. I live here and is my go to for people from out of town. Shows off the beauty of this city without fighting the crowds and commotion on the strip. Recommend 10/10.
The food was divine and so was the view. Everything was perfect. The duck, the burrata and tomato salad. The ginger jawn mock tail. Just incredible. Tiny portions which sucks, but this is Vegas. Things are expensive for what you get. Thankfully it was an expensed business dinner. If it was my own money, I probably would not have indulged in this experience, but I'm so glad I did because it was superb.
The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the meal. She explained the Brown Butter Manhattan (I am a Manhattan fan but not sure how that approach would be in a drink) and it was excellent. We ordered the pre-theatre menu which allowed us to try many items on the menu, plus it was a very good value at $99 per person. Each course was impressive although the lamb chop was done correctly but not as interesting as the other items. And the view, as the sun set and the city lights came on, was very nice. But while the view is great, the food and service are the reasons to come here.
Everything came together here to make for an elegant and wonderful evening. The space has a vibe of being very intimate, no loud blaring music and nicely spaced tables. The view on the 50th floor is amazing! The food was outstanding with creative and unique options, served by professionals!!
