This is the best Brazilian steakhouse experience I have had in this city.
I was here in the banquet room for a private wedding reception of 30-40 people. The acoustics were great, we had a lot of privacy from the main dining room too.
The meats were the best I've had. I stopped going to Brazilian steakhouses years ago because the meats just weren't that great, but I can't wait to visit Via Brasil again! If I wasn't going to a wedding reception here I never would have found it.

Went for a Dinner show production of Murder at the Pub. The show was terrible. The restaurant put the show on a corner so half the people attending couldn't see half the time. The food was ok, however there service was junk. We got the wrong drinks twice. They had the music playing on their speakers over the speakers of the performers. Overall not a positive experience.

I have come here in the past, and the hostesses have always been nothing but ordinary or even rude at times, which is why I see hostess changes so often here. But if I may say, Aylen and Olivia are amazing! Such amazing faces to welcome you to this establishment, very nice, and if I may add, beautiful young ladies! They explained the rodizio menu to me and the happy hour; both were very knowledgeable about the menu and the restaurant itself. One piece of advice to the owners: keep them! I would come back a million times again just because of them. On another note, Rick the manager and Joao the meat runner are very kind people who you can tell are genuine and aren’t just like that to keep their jobs. The food is good, and the service is even better; their staff right now is the best it’s been in a while.
Food is always delicious, everyone is so nice there , I just love this place !

This is our favorite restaurant to go to in Las Vegas . It’s beautifully decorated , pristine and everything on the menu is delicious! Happy Hour : Monday through Friday 5:00 pm til closing during the week days. Saturday and Sunday 5:00 pm til 8:00 pm. Wonderful Salad Bar with several delicious items to choose from , including soup, pasta, beans, rice and vegetable dishes. We have been going to Via Brasil for many many years and it’s still our favorite .We have introduced many of our friends to Via Brasil and they all love it as much as we do . Beautiful atmosphere, and Latin music.. you will feel as if you are in Brazil on vacation while you’re there !!

My family have been coming to Via Brasil Steakhouse for many years now. The service is always there. The meat selections are some of the best we have ever tried. The restaurant is also very beautiful.

A happy accidental stop made me discover via Brasil steakhouse. I was pleasantly surprised to find their salad bar nicely displayed and for a modest $20/all you can eat buffet. There was plenty for everyone to satisfy all palates. It was good, staff was super nice, friendly and floor mgr made sure everyone was taken care of 😊. I'll be back and definitely recommend Via Brasil.

This was my first visit for our anniversary. I like the location and the staff were phenomenal. The staff ensured we were happy with our experience and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. I will surely come back again.
Alejandra are Waitress was amazing. I had her back in July for my sisters birthday, and she was amazing too. She remembered us from last time! 🩷
We wish we didn't have to pay at the end of the meal. We had four different meats that looked appealing and when we were requesting a few meats they were taking forever to bring them out. We were also only about five tables in the restaurant, so they weren't busy at all. The salad bar was also all kind of like it had been sitting for hours! The cheese balls were dry like again they had been sitting for hours, luckily the last batch was at least warm. The food was way too expensive for the quality and the amount we ended up eating because our appetite got over it. We ended up trying to snack on a few things on the salad bar because the meat cuts were taking so long to prepare. Sad to say we will not go back and will not recommend
The host that greeted us was really nice. They were able to accommodate our party of 15. We had two tables, one of 8 and one of 7. The restaurant was fairly empty with one other big party and two other small parties. Our server only checked on us once and my water empty most of the time. They only had three servers bringing out the meat. Everyone seemed to have moved very slow. Like I was constantly waiting for meat to be served. Whenever meat did come out, it was really good. I would saw there was a lack of variety at the brunch bar and the crepe/omelette station didn't seem to flow with the restaurant. It looked like it was a random pop up. I witnessed the other server be more attentive to his guests and checking on them often.
