Always great. Great for birthdays with bubble guns. Bread is gluten free, and so YUMMY in the lobster bisque soup.
Went for the $20 salad bar and drinks. Hostesses were not the most helpful. The salad bar was a lot of the same style foods. Unfortunately needed more flavor in what was provided.
Great experience at Via Brasil. The food was outstanding and the meat came around every 30 seconds or so! The salad bar and choice of appetizers was excellent! The service was impeccable!!! We will be back!
The food was good. Pablo, the host, was wonderful. The salad bar was neat and clean with plenty of choices.
The owner was there and she was very friendly and sour is down. The server not so much, she asked for drinks and one my wife stated she didn't want anything she left without giving me a chance to give her my drink order. I later asked, what looked to be a new supervisor/manager for a beer but after 45 min never received it and canceled the order.
Staff was limited and took a while to get any meats come around. Options were limited since they only rotated only couple meat options.
We made a special order for grilled shrimp and were told it will take 15 min, after 45 min we asked again and ultimately received the order about 30 min after asking the second time. Shrimp was not grilled but pan cooked and was overdone.
This was not the first time visiting the venue but the worst service we received there.
The food was delicious, lemon drop martinis were superb, Angus burger was juicy and flavorful. The appetizer platter was great bites of food. Tres leches cake was rich but tasty. Food from the menu took a long time to arrive. Buffet was pretty good with a lot of options. Can be super busy, especially if you are at the bar. Service can take a while. Staff was very friendly.
Yummy as always. The sausage and lamb chops are my favorites, but everything is delicious! The garlic steak and spinach was perfect. 🥰
Very nice restaurant ambiance and tentative service/ servers and multiple meats and food options
Food was just ok. The waiters didnt come around as much as Texas De Brazil and when they did come by it was the cheaper meats and wrong temperature majority of the time.
Always excellent quality meats and the most attentive service. The deserts are also amazing.

What a wonderful food experience. First timer. I will be going again.
The experience was good, but there were areas that needed improvement. The sides came out room temperature and not hot. We were not informed that we needed to request the additional sides. The menu boasts a list of proteins and yet they were only serving less than half of them. The same two steaks kept coming to our table. The soft drinks were kept in pitchers of ice and were served a little watery and flat. Thank goodness the servers were nice which is why I rated a (4).
This is some of the best Brazilian steak that I've had, very good quality meat, and great service.
I picked this place for my birthday celebration. Surprisingly the service was sub par than usual. I had to ask for the beef ribs 5 times. They ignored our request for more soda. I mentioned my birthday in the rsvn, was greeted by the host as well as the server but got no birthday treat until after my friends asked for it. Embarrassing.
From the minute we walked in, the service was great.!! We were seated quickly. and the waiter came by to take our drink order and ask if we had visited the restaurant before. All the servers and rest of the staff were very friendly. Meat selections were fresh and plentiful. Salad bar was fresh and tasty!!
