Fantastic experience! Our first time here and thoroughly enjoyed. Service was spot on as well❤️
The service was excellent! We were celebrating my birthday, and they really made our group feel special. They came around with all the different meats and then asked if we wanted anything special ordered. We asked for pineapple, and it showed up 10 mins later in a beautiful display, not to mention it was delicious! Definitely will be back when in town.
We always enjoy our visit here. The manager/owner was always on hands. She's very friendly and takes care of ius. We love Via Brasil and highly recommend it to everyone!
Brunch was terrific. What a steal for what you get. Michael and Lucy are so professional and are great servers. Would highly recommend brunch at Via Brasils.
Nice try but not what I was expected. No chicken was served. Meats were ere not high quality and the furniture was very cheap. I do wish them luck because they tried
Our main waiter was so nice and attentive. So was the rest of the staff helping making sure our plates and drinks were clean and filled. The meats kept coming and delicious! It was for my husband's bday and it was a fun experience.
We noted on the reservation it was a birthday dinner and the waitstaff inquired about a special occasion but no special desert was offered when several other parties were given special attention.
Have been coming here for years. Great experience every time. Best brazilian steakhouse in Vegas. Lucy is always on point and treats everyone like family.
We have been here many times over the past 4 years and have seen the service and food quality steadily decrease. During this visit, service was absolutely horrendous and the meat was tough. Time to find a different place!
I don’t know why but this place went way down hill. It was our go to for Brazilian steakhouse, but it is not consistent. One day it is great and next visit not good. I liked it better than other places but next time I will go to Texas de Brazil because it is always the same. It’s unfortunate because we live close by via Brazil and would visit often.

You've never had dinner this way. Servers will bring you slices of premium steaks. I don't want to give away all they do. But it is a one of a kind eating experience. A great date night, or family get together. A must for meat eaters !!

For the price you pay for the food the service should be better. We waited for 45 minutes for our side dishes to appear at our table. That was only after stopping 2 different wait staff to ask for them. Our reservation was for 6:30, we were not seated until 7 pm. Our waitress only came by once to check on us. Very loud and unable to carry on a conversation.
I was very disappointed as this was my son's birthday celebration turning 40.
I'm not sure I will be back.

The meats were okay. However, the sides were disappointing, as the yuka/mandioca/cassava was the hard variety which becomes rough and dry in the inside when fried. The fried banana was poorly breaded and too ripened. The side dish "feijoada tropeira" is a curiosity, within Brazilian cuisine there are two bean dishes known all throughout the country, feijão tropeiro and feijoada; "feijoada tropeira" was nothing like a feijoada, but it did seem like a poorly made feijão tropeiro missing key ingredients such as small pieces of fried banana, and collard greens.
As commonly known, expensive alcohol is an expectation in upscale restaurants, but 16.50$ for a single shot/drink of bottom shelf liquor felt unreasonable and unjustified for the experience.
The staff was fine, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the salad was mediocre. In comparison with the other Brazilian steakhouses, it doesn't meet the expectation.
The one thing their menu which was truly delicious and sensational was the coconut cake. I wouldn't go back for a full dinner again, however, i would stop by on my way back to get the coconut cake to go.

Went twice, and this last week the meats were not well cooked (super bloody, and I enjoy a good medium rare steak cut but this was not a good kind of bloody). The sides buffet has never really been great. But the meats disappointing this way was the last straw. On top of that, the gauchos (meat servers) always went to the same tables first, meaning by the time they got to us there often wasn't cooked sides to cut from so they would skip our table, come back with another cut, and again start with the same tables. $200 for what...
We go to Fogo de Chao in Vegas every few months, and although that's not even their best location, they're way better than this place. The service is 100% better, the meat cuts are always well cooked, and the sides buffet and served-at-table sides are eons better than Via Brasil. The owners need to go sit at Fogo for a service and take some pages out of their book.
Vegetarian options: I would not eat here if I was a vegetarian. It's expensive because of the meats, and the buffet which are the only vegetarian options is not great. Save your money.
