Anticipated captive resort prices but they deliver the goods in an upbeat manner.

The Chocolate and Pistachio French toast was the best French toast I’ve ever had. The Salmon eggs Benedict was also very good.

The host at the front wasn't very welcoming, but the server was very friendly. The food was fine but not that great for the price.

Vida has a beautiful atmosphere and excellent service. Regina and Avi made our visits feel special with their warmth and professionalism. The food, however, was average in quality compared to the elegant setting. We tried Bagel Salmon, Yogurt and Granola, Everything Bagel, Eggs Benedict and a classic omelet with hash brown and toast. Nicely plated but not as fresh or flavorful as expected.
Funny detail: if it came on a bagel, you needed a steak knife, and the servers were not surprised when I used one. Coffee is mixed. Specialty lattes are smooth and memorable, but the standard drip coffee is below average.
Overall, Vida is worth visiting for the ambiance, the smiles and the crafted lattes. A pleasant stop if you are staying at Fontainebleau, but not quite a culinary highlight.

Vida at Fontainebleau Las Vegas offers a stylish, welcoming atmosphere and excellent service, but the food quality left us somewhat underwhelmed. We are leaning toward a 4 out of 5 rating, not bad but not quite memorable. We visited Vida several times during our stay, drawn by its elegant brasserie vibe and the promise of elevated comfort food. The ambiance is warm and polished, perfect for a relaxed breakfast or brunch. Service was consistently excellent, with special thanks to Regina and Avi, who were attentive, friendly and genuinely kind. Their professionalism added warmth to each visit. The menu includes American classics with a twist. We tried a variety of dishes including Bagel Salmon, Yogurt and Granola, Everything Bagel, Eggs Benedict, a classic omelet with hash brown and toast. While everything was nicely plated, the flavors and textures did not quite match the visual appeal. Most dishes felt average in quality and some lacked the freshness or finesse expected at this price point. Now, about the bagels. If it came on a bagel, you needed a steak knife, and I actually used one. The servers did not blink, which tells me I was not the first to go full lumberjack on a breakfast item. It became a running joke, and while it added charm to the experience, it also highlighted a recurring issue with texture. Coffee is a mixed bag. We strongly recommend ordering a specialty drink like a latte, ours were consistently smooth and satisfying. But the standard drip coffee was below average, lacking depth and flavor. If you are a coffee lover, go for the crafted options. Overall, Vida delivers on ambiance and service, but the food does not quite rise to the level of its surroundings. It is a pleasant spot for a morning meal, especially if you are staying at Fontainebleau, but do not expect culinary fireworks. We will remember the smiles, the lattes and the steak knife bagels with a chuckle.

La Fontaine was my first choice but Vida is not far behind. The steak and eggs was one of the tastiest steak I have had. Sides were well done and the entire breakfast was fantastic

We liked the food and the place is very nice. The only thing we did not enjoy was the service from our waiter Justin. He was rude and ignored us.

This is the breakfast restaurant inside of Fontainebleau. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals here. The setting is big, bright, beautifully classy modern decor.

Because of the HIGH volume of people who come through the doors, each time we had to be patient. But each time, worth the wait. The staff have all been very friendly. Food wise, we particularly loved the wagyu burger and THOSE FRIES are other worldly- so good! The southwest salad was also delicious with some heat to it. The omelet was fluffy and delicious w/ white cheddar and that Belgium waffle is worth the price of admission!

The only thing we had that needed a little boost was the Asian salad. It lacked a little something in the dressing and the chicken was a tad dry. Still was good but maybe 4, not 5 stars. But did I mention the fries? 😋

Excellent huevos rancheros. My wife was going to save half to eat later. It tasted so good, she decided to eat it all. I had the turkey wrap. Also, very delicious! 4 stars is for the price. The server we had was very good!
