The food was excellent. I do wish the waitress could have tried to get me vegetables instead of rice but she said it would have been hard to do. Overall a great place for all. Meat and seafood options as well as vegetable options.

It was a pretty decent and authentic Vietnamese restaurant. The bun bo hue is made very well but the portion is small for $17. My friend ordered the large pho which was almost the same size so I'm wondering how small the smaller bowl is. Regardless, the food is made well, the broth is flavorful, and the herbs they serve with it is what they would serve in Vietnam. The dishes came out fast as well. I thought the food was great and really representative of Southern Vietnam cuisine but it was just a bit expensive.

The highlight here is the food. The spring roll appetizers are delicious - not the fried version, the ones in the soft crepe. And of course the Pho. I like that you can select the cuts of meat that you prefer with the beef version. I usually get a mix of the brisket, tendon and rare steak, excellent. The large is only $1 more and big enough for 2 people to share. The atmosphere reminds me of a bar or cafeteria with booths against the wall and long tables in the middle. Servers are quick and efficient as they need to cover quite a few tables, which turnover quickly.I go all the time when I just want something quick, warm and yummy with easy parking.

Randomly went to the Viet Noodle Bar. This restaurant is big and has good seating. Service was ok. Didn't try their soup. Had grilled pork and beef with rice and also grilled pork and chicken with rice. Tasted ok.

A truly amazing vietnamese restaurant. They are often busy but you can get a table rather quickly. The pho broth is rich and full of ingredients, the BBH is really spicy and rich, and each of the starters are delicious. It's pretty standard for the menu but done really well and consistent. I come for the food, not the service.

What a disappointment and one of the worst experiences I have had recently. The interior decor is good with cool looking entry way. We were seated, and the seats were dirty with food all over. I asked for a paper towel to wipe the food off, and none of the servers offered to clean up the seats.Water was served immediately. The menu did not have any photos. All the dishes had vietnamese name with brief English explanations of the contents. The price of the menu is not cheap. Actually, the costs are higher than Vietnamese cuisines in California. $6.95 for Vietnamese coffee is quite steep for mediocre Vietnamese coffee. We asked the waiter what the other table was having, and he could not name it. He grabbed a Vietnamese speaking servers who was barely any help. After the frustration, we all ended up ordering their house-pho with tripe and tendon. The bowls were served immediately. The broth was bland and tasteless. The worst broth I have ever had. For $16.95 per bowl, you would expect a certain standard but this was the worst by far. We could not see, taste, nor smell any essence of beef bone from the broth. I always drink all broth of my pho or ramen, but I could bare sip on this bland broth.Worst part, the bowl did not have any tendon. We all got fatty flanks. The waiter asked how our meal was, and I pointed out there was no tendon. He told us that we should told him earlier. I said, am I supposed to know there is no tendon without digging into my bowl? He verbally apologized but did not offer any resolution.Left this place with absolute dissatisfaction. I give this place a 1.2 out of 5. 0.2 for the verbal apology.

I am a private food critic. This place has clean settings, food are very neatly presented and delicious. Services are very expeditious and courteous. One of the best Vietnamese noodle restaurants I've visited(Over 50).I definitely believe it deserves 5 stars among it's field.

If you're visiting Vegas, and don't want the hype of the tourist crowd, and want to find a local Vietnamese place for Pho, this is the spot. Space and vibe is pleasantly quiet, with attentive servers. While Pho Kim Long a mile down the road is all the hype, I don't need to go back there. The combination pho here was meaty and soupy, with the perfect amount of salt and tanginess. Probably one of the most authentic experience and taste of Vietnamese Pho that I had. Spring rolls were spot on. My Vietnamese colleague recommended this place and this is a a hidden gem for sure.

I usually get to go but lately I've been eating in. I highly recommend the grilled beef wraps, crispy rolls, wonton soup, and my favorite is the three color dessert. I eat here at least once a week. I love it.
