It was a pretty decent and authentic Vietnamese restaurant. The bun bo hue is made very well but the portion is small for $17. My friend ordered the large pho which was almost the same size so I'm wondering how small the smaller bowl is. Regardless, the food is made well, the broth is flavorful, and the herbs they serve with it is what they would serve in Vietnam. The dishes came out fast as well. The highlight here is the food. The spring roll appetizers are delicious - not the fried version, the ones in the soft crepe. And of course the Pho. I like that you can select the cuts of meat that you prefer with the beef version. I usually get a mix of the brisket, tendon and rare steak, excellent. The food was excellent. I do wish the waitress could have tried to get me vegetables instead of rice but she said it would have been hard to do. Overall a great place for all. Meat and seafood options as well as vegetable options.
