I received an email offer from them for one large cheese pizza, six garlic knots, and one gallon of lemonade for $18.99 good through 3/31. See attached offer. I clicked the link in the email which prompted me to choose my preferred location, which was listed inside Red Rock casino. It then prompts me to start my order. I add the 3 items in the coupon to my order and input the coupon code. It gives an error message that I need to add the items to the order before entering the coupon (which I already had done). Since I had no luck with the online order, I drove to the location. The manager looked at the email offer and said it was probably expired. I pointed out the listed expiration date is 3/31 which is 2 weeks away still. Next he said their location does not sell lemonade by the gallon, so he could not accept the coupon. I said i understand, and he can leave the lemonade off the order. He said that was also not going to work because he was not willing to do a large pizza and 6 garlic knots for that cheap. Seriously? I guess this manager must have missed customer service training day. He said he could offer me "no discounts" and walked away back to the kitchen area. Nice service. ANY small concession discount would have gone a long way. But this rude behavior will ensure I do not spend another dollar at this restaurant.

First time here and it was amazing. Staff and manager or owner was very attentive. Everyone wore masks. Cleaned. Food was phenomenal!!!

This review is not based on the actual pizza but an experience. I was at Red Rock Casino ready to leave... my husband stopped at the counter to get a pizza. We were very hungry, so we asked the guy behind the counter if we could have the pre made slices, we would just heat up when we got home. He said he would have to charge more for this? Why ? No real answer was given? So my husband said, ok maybe you cut them bigger, give me 6 pieces-what ever would equal a pie. Still was told they would have to charge more... We are a little baffled, as we were ready to take old pizza. Let me also say that it was dead in the food court and nobody in line. Maybe the owner can explain this? We ended up leaving with no pizza because this was a bit annoying. It was more the point than the extra money.This happened 7/29/2020 between 6 pm and 7 am.

Got a delivery last week and the pizza was cold. Decided to give them another try this week because I liked the zucchini sticks. Today, the delivery took 70 minutes. Pizza was cold again. Called to let them know. And the woman on the phone could not have been more rude. For a pizza being cold two weeks in a row, you'd think they'd offer more than a 20% discount. Maybe some empathy. Do not recommend ordering from here. I certainly will not be again.

The food is not good, the service is not friendly, really sucks this is the only pizza place inside Red Rock. GVR has 2 decent options, all you get at Red Rock is this utter disappointment in pizza. I had a slice and a stromboli, both were warm not hot, the pizza was stale and tasted days old. The stromboli was so hard I couldn't cut through it. I complained to the staff and they truly didn't care. Station Casinos needs to do something about this and fast

I absolutely LOVE this place!! I literally ordered almost everything in sight. Everything was Authentic and Delicious.. We ordered a whole pepperoni pie- Wings- Tomatoe Salad- Spaghetti & and the cannoli on the side! Out of this world. People were drooling from the smell, standing in line.. Unforgettable. The service was superior. I didn't have room for the stromboli. Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen is Extraordinary. See for yourself!
Pizza by the slice - can't go wrong with that! The pasta isn't as good but the Stromboli's and garlic knots are great.

I'm a local and I don't hate this place,I really don't. The service doesn't wow me over the moon but it's always fast and friendly. You don't expect it to be the best pizza, but it's acceptable for what it is. It gets the job done. I like the garlic rolls a lot as long as they aren't burnt and sometimes they look overdone. I ask for light ones. I like to get a pepperoni Stromboli to go. Pop it in the microwave for a minute-I have lunch at the office, a million times better than a hot pocket. Keep in mind it's a little bit pricey mall food-they make pizza in front of you and you won't be disappointed. So I give it a four for what it is-not what you want it to be.

I am seriously disgusted with this pizza place inside the Red Rock Casino. I got pizza to go with a lemonade drink. Half way into drinking it I realize there was a freaking cockroach in the drink!!! I have sooo disgusted.

Every time I get anything from here it's awful! Last week I got a piece of cheese pizza. It was so flimsy and greasy that I took it back. I told the young male working the counter that I wanted a different piece of pizza and he totally gave me attitude asking what was wrong with it. I was trying to be quiet because there were people in line and I didn't want other people to know what was going on because I didn't want them to lose business. I held it up and said it was greasy and flimsy and I wanted a fresh piece. He said, "well can I have that piece back?" And I responded, "most certainly." He then send it to me, very rudely, "well you don't have to be a j*** about it."I asked him to repeat what he said because I couldn't even believe it, and he repeated it.The manager came out of the back because the line was getting longer and I discreetly told him that his worker was incredibly rude to me. He seemed to absolutely not care.
