Vita Bella Wine Bar is a very good spot. Chill & quiet vibe, friendly & attentive service (Thank you Brit), an awesome wine list, and a delicious small bites menu. We very much enjoyed their French Wine Flight. I recommend Vita Bella Wine Bar.

They had a very weird event tonight. It was advertised as “global wine tasting” where you sample wines, but it ended up being some sort of promoting event where there was no wine tasting. It was really awkward and the event wasn’t as advertised. I feel duped! Just be real so people know what’s going on :(

Santa Baby as the worse Christmas pop-up Bar I've been to. No decorations, no holiday drink menu, so how can you call yourself a Christmas Bar. The drinks that were made for us were awful. So bad we did not stay.

We went to the magic show last night. There was only a few people there but they put the entire show on anyway. It was like having our own personal show. The magicians were great, the bar is great. I highly recommend

We went for the Thursday night wine tasting. This was Italian night. Lots of fun and we had some pizza after. Very friendly service, we saw the Chef and met Jon the F&B manager. Good pricing and nice atmosphere, we'll be back for some more tastings and a dinner at Joel's.

Vita Bella Wine Bar is like a mysterious love that often defies explanation and is kind of like magic, always finding a cleverly way to charm itself into our lives. The wine itself is magnificent! When paired with good food, it makes the experience that much memorable. You'll find them near I-15 on Sahara at Ahern Hotel, and they're on the second floor of the convention center. There's FREE self-parking and if you go on the second level, it leads directly to the top floor of the convention. Interior is beautiful and very cozy. Most of the seating are high top but they do have a nice table lounge that's comfortable for dine in. Martin is the nice gentleman who welcomed me and I sat at the lounge. Every Thursday is wine tastings with hors d'oeuvres ($35), and they have live music from 5pm to 9pm. I did the Tour of France wine and food pairing, it's incredible! For wine tastings, Lucien Albrecht Brut Rosé (France) is my personal favorite, I like that it's Prosecco which is sparkly and bubbly, and it has this light and lovely sweetness that can complement perfectly with any dish. Domaine William-Fevere Chablis (France, 2019) is also good, very calming and would pair well with spicy food. Les Cadrans de Lasségue, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru (France, 2019) has a deep earthy note and La Nerthe, Chateauneuf-Du-Pape, Les Granieres (Rhône, 2019) is much lighter. Hors d'oeuvres are delightful with wine. Tomato salad with sweet ripened, juicy tomatoes, onion, gorgonzola, and basil in white peach vinaigrette, is refreshing and so good! Croque Monsieur sandwich with rosemary ham and gruyere cheese is delicious! And Tart Flambée crispy pizza with smoked pork lardon, caramelized onion and cream, is savory and flavorful! In addition to food tasting, they have a regular menu that offers a nice selection of appetizers, charcuterie, fried pizzette, and 100% wagyu beef sliders. I opted for Veggie Bella ($14) which is two vegetarian sliders of delicious portabella mushroom, melted gruyere cheese, caramelized onion, and arugula, it's filling and very good! Served with crispy garlic parmesan fried potatoes and a mild spicy aioli dipping sauce that made it super yummy! Everything was wonderful! From delicious food and wine to fantastic service by Alex, soothing saxophone Jazz by Martin, and Lorenzo who does comedy even sang a live duet to entertain guests. Vita Bella Wine Bar has quite the attractive appeal and have certainly won hearts, it definitely tops the list of Best Wine Bar in Vegas.
