The horchata absolutely sucks. I'm not sure how you can mess up one of the simplest drinks to make, but they managed it; it had a grainy consistency that was made up of coconut shavings which took up roughly 1/4 of the total cup on their own. The huevos con chorizo tasted worse than microwaved leftovers that have been left to sit until they were cold. The tortillas that came with my meal were also incredibly dry, not sure how that happened since they were stored correctly. The waitress was nice and accommodating, and was sadly the only good part of the visit. However, she did take roughly 20 minutes to bring us our check after we asked for it, which was a little weird because our table was one of 2 tables being occupied. I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody that I like.

The food taste was great, however the portion you get for what you pay for C’mon man. Be prepare to order 2 times the amount or pay the extra for chips and salsa

Nice location, good decorations, service average, food very small portions, over cooked and a little burnt. After a full course meal still felt hungry.

Our first visit to Viva exceeded expectations!
Anytime I travel, I always spend some time online to make sure I'm going to places that are unique, exciting and memorable. The stories about Chef Garcia that I found along with many great reviews made Viva an easy choice for our first meal of the trip.
Here's what we expected:
- A fun, lively atmosphere in a cool location with nicely prepared Mexican & Latin American dishes by a renowned chef.
We definitely got that - but here's what exceeded our expectations:
- An incredibly warm & welcoming General Manager that recognized our enthusiasm and made some spot-on food recommendations. Katie really made the entire experience spectacular!!
- Beautifully prepared dishes that are far beyond "ordinary" Mexican and flavors that made us fully appreciate everything we tried.
- A nicely curated cocktail list with great options for everyone at our table.
- Attentive, friendly service from everyone that we interacted with.
- An overall impression that made this one of the places that we will recommend to everyone who is planning a visit to Las Vegas.
The entire staff did a great job and made us feel welcomed. The kitchen staff delivered perfectly on Chef Garcia's creations.
The ancho rubbed lamb ribs were definitely the highlight of the night! The guacamole was absolutely delicious. And, even though I was absolutely positive that I wasn't going to try dessert, I'm so glad that we all tried the churros. The consensus from the entire table is that they're the best we've ever had and we will judge all churros against these for the rest of our lives.

I didn’t like it, the menu is very small and if you want a side of beans or rice it’s separate, I ordered “Quesabirria” that was fried and it tasted like disgusting oil.
I paid $19 dollars for that dish and besides that it was small.
And guess what: if you want chips with sauce like in all the restaurants that give them for free, you will have to pay for them there 😂

We visit Vegas 3-4x a year and since we discovered Viva we have made it a point to get our ‘fix’ every visit since. The food is consistently exceptional and delicious, however it is the staff that continues to impress us. They provide the service you hope to get from a dining experience in Vegas. They are kind, attentive, and excited about the food they are serving. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for exceptional service and delicious food. Our go-to orders are the Viva Margarita, chips and salsa, guacamole, tuna tostada, Camarones a la diabla, and Chicharron.

¡VIVA! at Resorts World in Las Vegas offers a vibrant atmosphere paired with Mexican-inspired cuisine. Guests have enjoyed dishes like steak tacos, chilaquiles, and queso fundido, often mentioning the flavorful seasoning and well-prepared cocktails such as sangria and the "New Old Fashioned." The decor and music contribute to a lively vibe, making it suitable for brunch or dinner gatherings. While most diners praise the food quality, there are some mixed reviews regarding service, with some patrons noting inconsistencies. Prices are reasonable for the location, but a few guests were surprised by charges for items like chips and salsa. Overall, ¡VIVA! is recognized for its festive environment, tasty dishes, and convenient location within Resorts World.

Omg, what a great experience, across the board!! Our server, Gavin, was fabulous. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had fundido, best I've ever had. Our baja tacos, chicken enchiladas, and sangria were so yummy!!! Great flavor, perfect amount of heat. We had the strawberry dessert which was a the perfect ending to a wonderful meal, again, so delicious!!
