The drinks are very good, but the workers are not professional at all. Every time I’ve visited, they’ve been chatting with friends while standing on the pickup counter over the counter. Once, a worker was even sleeping! Another time, the workers were sitting on the table with friends, where customers sit. When I came in, it took her about three minutes to get up and help me. I feel when I come in I’m bothering the workers from continuing their chat with their friends. Also they have random people coming out from the back that I’m pretty sure don’t work there.

I’ve been going here for awhile now and it’s always a good experience. The owner is so friendly and comes up with creative and delicious menu items :)

Honestly, I expected a lot more out of this place, when going online you see the interior and think it’s going to be this cute place. However, I’ll like to start off with the choice of “artistic” style. Though the idea of doodle art in a cafe seems like a good idea on paper, Vovas attempt is up right wrong the walls are completely covered in dirt by the tables, the flooring is submerged to what it looks like a sad attempt to mop and the randomly placed decorations doesn’t help.

Now let’s get into the drinks, I ordered the Galaxy Aide and to be honest comestically it looks decent however the second you take a sip it is this bitter mess in which you need to be ready to throw out. I’ve came here twice hopefully to look forward to change my mind and though I don’t have pictures, I tried as well the hot coco and tell me why the cup that I had gotten it was covered in dust.

Lastly, the workers though i understand family owned business can do whatever they want with there business the manager of this Cafe was unacceptable. She was rude and was talking over the phone while taking care of orders. Additionally, my friend who for context is black was constantly being watched, by this woman and even during our visit I overheard her racist remarks and statements on my friend. We left before things gotten out of hand but by the time it was over I was already furious and angry. No one should need to work for someone like that.

Absolutely love this boba shop! Haven't been disappointed yet. The owner convinced me to try something new from my normal and I'm glad she did. I'm obsessed! They also have yummy snacks. It's a hidden gem for sure. Tell your friends and come try it out. Service has always been great.

This is a super cute, unique coffee shop. The decor is hip and interesting. The coffee was very good, and you can never go wrong with a delicious "croffle " it's really conveniently located off of Warm Springs Rd. and Durango Ave, for the southwest side of town. The counter staff is always so friendly and accommodating. You should definitely check out this little gem.

I and my friend had a dinner, running into Vova. We tried coffee and strawberry croiffle (hope that my spelling is correct). That was way better than we expected. Cheap as well. The business owner (I guess), chef, and server were all kind, in addition, the owner explained how they make croiffle to us. Worthwhile to visit with my family again.

Ordered 3 drinks, all terrible. The person who was working didn't seam to know how to make drinks. Got slushy drinks and they were watery. We threw them all out. We will not be going back ever. The owner should read the reviews, something needs to change for them to stay in business. Otherwise I don't see them there too much longer.

The matcha here is top notch.. I got the banana matcha with almond milk and it was amazing. The barista reccomended the regular match instead of the more stronger bitter mstcha that it already comes with and I said I would try it how it is first but I will say I regretted not doing her reccomendation bcas it was a little bit too strong for me . I'm also still getting used to matcha and am new to drinking matcha so take it with a grain of salt. But amazing matcha latte and great service .

Kid-friendliness: They have connect four, tic tac toe and some other board games for older children to play with. Not too spacious in there but decent.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not too spacious inside for a wheelchair to be comfortable but there is room for a wheelchair.

I had the mangonada, and it was fantastic. So glad to have this place so close to home.
