We ate here with a prepaid amount from a F1 experience. Our 9 course service was extremely slow and with two courses remaining we had to ask for the bill, as we had waited 35 minutes for the last course to come out. When the bill came we were charged the full amount for our meals. When I told the server she went and talked to the manager and got the bill down to where it should be, but then added her own gratuity on top of that.
