This modern restaurant sited in the Fontainebleau casino let you dive into the tradition of dim sum. It really offers a great choice of it, excellent tasteful dim sum. The dough has the right consistency and flavour, a nice stiky al dente dough, and the stuffing is a delicate explosion of flavors. The scallop Shumai are great and the Xiao Long bao absolutely delicious, filled with such a tasteful broth inside. Surely it is expensive compared to the off-strip dim sum spot, but...
This was our first dining experience at the Fontainebleau resort and it was amazing. The food at Washing Potato is reasonably priced and is really good and filling. It’s traditional Chinese food with dim sum options too. I don’t think you can go wrong here! I can’t wait to go back and try more new things!
Food was fresh & very tasty but the service was very pushy & rushing due to closing but they didn't make us aware that they were closing!!! Communication is key
