Water Grill Las Vegas

Excellent overall experience with fresh oysters to start as the standout. Grilled bream was excellent too. Terrific service from our waiter.

Service by Jonathan was perfect & prompt. Food was delicious & generous portions! We enjoyed the experience overall!

The Chilean sea bass was delicious. Our server Chad was friendly. Initially we didn't get bread served, but during the meal rolls were brought to us. We celebrated our anniversary and Water Grill did help us make the occasion special. We have eaten at King's Fish House where we live and decided to give this restaurant a go since they are operated by the same management group. Water Grill is conveniently located in The Forum Shops.

Love the Water Grill. Exceptional cuisine and service! My husband's filet was cooked perfectly at med-rare and was delicious. I had the Chilean Sea Bass. It was a thick and moist generous portion. The best I have ever eaten! My husband & I were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary. The servers made it special by putting a card on our table wishing us a Happy Anniversary along with red rose pedals. They finished off the meal by bringing us a special desert.

What are the best seafood places I visited and I've traveled everywhere. Went there for an anniversary dinner on an anniversary trip. Service was outstanding had the Seabass my wife had the salmon both were excellent. Came back the second night just for some oysters because we enjoyed them so much the first night. Would definitely recommend!

We went to Las Vegas for one week celebrating our Anniversary, we did reservations in 5 tops restaurants in different hotels, everyone was told about our celebration and just Water Grill restaurant did something special for us, which really surprises us and I have to mention it this was our last night in Vegas. Zach our server was very friendly and helpful with the best food recommendations, the restaurant and bathrooms are very clean and organized, definitely made us feel better about our trip. Thanks a lot.

Had the black cod. It was cooked perfectly and delicious. It was pretty quiet at lunch so a very relaxing and tasty meal. Also tried the mac and cheese . It looked so good but was a little disappointed in the flavor after eating the crust on top.

Lors was wonderful ~ explained the menu thoroughly and was very friendly and attentive. The seafood tower was delicious. I look forward to visiting again

We decided to splurge—$400 for three adults—which is far from our norm. For that price, I expect service that reflects the experience, not something worse than what you'd get at a casual chain like Chili's. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing from start to finish. Our waters sat empty most of the night, and our server was nearly nonexistent. For a high-end dinner, that's simply unacceptable. To be fair, the tuna poke appetizer was fantastic. We also ordered the Japanese wagyu, American wagyu, and the sea bass. I specifically chose this restaurant for the sea bass—it's one of my favorite dishes—and it was a complete letdown: dry, flavorless, and overcooked. I worked as a server myself for many years, so I always try to give the benefit of the doubt. But there was no grace to give here—just a total lack of care or attention. We came ready to go “all out” and instead walked away feeling like we wasted the moment. I would not return, and I urge others to think twice.

We had Johnathan as our server and he was awesome. I got Chilean bass which was really good. This my third or fourth time going and every time I'm in Vegas it's mandatory to have dinner there.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food preparation/presentation were perfect.
