Wow. Oyster from Massachusetts. Chilean Sea Bass. Clam chowder with carrots. An amazing bacon cheeseburger. Sea scallops to die for. All with complimentary sour dough bread. Definitely worth the stop.

Let me begin by stating that I am a big fan of Water Grill. I have dined a various locations many times over the years. This was my first full dinner experience in the Las Vegas location. I previously had drinks and apps at the bar and found it surprising how slow the restaurant was. After eating in the dining room I realize they have some service issues to work out. Our server was friendly and professional but clearly spread too thin. Delays for drink orders, water refills and food timing was a major stormcloud over the experience. When our server began to manage a party of 12 as well, I knew we were in trouble. The final aggravation was getting the dinner check paid. Se was tied up for a long time with the new large party and there was no one else stopping by to make sure we were covered. I saw the manager when we first arrived but never saw him on the floor during our meal. Given the reputation and price point of Water Grill, I would call this experience a fail. I usually consider dinner at Water Gill a special occasion. Very disappointing

Had a fantastic experience at this seafood gem! The ambience was warm and inviting, and the service truly stood out—our waitress was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and gave us spot-on recommendations. My favorites were the octopus and the Chilean sea bass. Highly recommend

Food was very salty. Martini contained only essence of vodka.

Excellent food and service! we sat at the bar and got shrimp cocktail and a crispy lobster roll, best roll I've had!

I want everyone to know the food was absolutely delicious! We got the Shrimp scampi, which was super fresh and had great flavor, and the Sea Bass, which was very rich, filling and flaky. YUM!
I am extremely disappointed by the service, particularly the management. Our server broke multiple glasses at our table (accidents happen) and it was so intense my husband had to pick glass out of my hair. The server, I'm assuming did his best, was able to comp a cocktail but all the while my plate of food was covered in glass. Management never came over and I had glass shards all over my dress and in the booth. Small gestures go a long way. Next time I would send management over and at a BARE MINIMUM, I could comp the plate of food I couldn't finish.
For future guests, I'm hoping your food was as delicious as mine was, without glass shards.

The black cod was one of the tastiest dishes I’ve ever tried — perfectly tender, well seasoned, and could have been eaten with a spoon as easily as a fork. The halibut, octopus appetizer, and Caesar salad were also hits. Without a doubt the best meal I’ve had in Vegas.

Best meal we had in Vegas. Great experience. Food was delicious, drinks were good, server was fantastic. And was reasonably priced considering the high quality of food and experience. Very highly recommended!

Quality seafood, one of our go to seafood restaurants in vegas.
The sushi, pasta, prawns are all great.

Good was amazing!! Neither my husband or I had one complaint. It is not intimate so if you're looking for romance and a quiet setting this may not be it!

Had a great dinner here. Made a reservation for our anniversary. They put a little sign on the table wishing us Happy Anniversary and sprinkler rose pedals on the table. It was a very nice, unexpected touch. Our serve Will was phenomenal. Great knowledge of the menu and the wine list. Helped make our evening extra special. Ambiance was great and the food was incredible! Highly recommend the octopus and the Chilean sea bass.

The restaurant was not busy with many open tables. However, the hostess sat 2 other tables right next to us. It was a bench booth, so you feel like you're all sharing the same table. The bread that was brought out initially was old and not warm. The shrimp scampi we ordered was undercooked. The server did his best but he was sat with 3 tables in a short time. This was one of our favorite restaurants to come to in Vegas but we will not be back.

Glad we found this place. Most Vegas restaurants are not worth what they charge. we usually avoid the places in the hotels. This was an exception. everything we ordered was fantastic. We live nearby. Will definitely return. Highly recommend

The grilled octopus was outstanding. Shrimp Louis salad had 5 large shrimp. The bacon or prok belly was too chewy. My guests lobster roll was delucious and garden roll was large and very tasty. Our waitress was very attentive.
