Just spent nearly $10, burger, chicken sando, chicken nuggets. I asked for an extra ranch and was told no it’s .50. For a ranch?? At a fast food place. Apparently it doesn’t matter how much you spend I was only entitled to the one ranch (or any sauce) because I only ordered one order of nuggets. LAST time at Wendy’s for sure!!! I need to stop buying fast food junk anyways. Oh and the food was lukewarm and buns on burger and sandwich were hard to boot!

I used to love going to Wendy's almost every day, until the older African manager told me to pull over to the front to wait for the food, and made me wait 20 minutes, then I went inside and he completely had forgotten supposedly... but he was loitering with his fellow employees when I came in complaining so it didn't make him look too good, but anyways, I went back and now he is super rude, I try to be polite and he's just super mean, not customer service oriented, he's definitely holding a grudge! If he's working the drive-thru and I place an order, he won't even say a word, no hello, thank you, no goodbye, or have a good day. Dude is like 60 years old.

Fries are and burger we’re cold!!! Asked for ketchup, none was placed in bag Ordered a vanilla frosty with strawberry swirl. All of the strawberry topping was at the bottom so I had to eat all the vanilla by itself without the strawberry topping. This is definitely first world problems, but it’s very irritating.

Order a 10 piece spicy nugget combo There was one car before me when I pulled my food was immediately ready. Meaning they only gave me old nuggets. They were old and warmed up. Horrible service for a $10 meal and good thing I had a coupon but it still wasn’t worth it. Didn’t have time to take back was I. Lucy break
Pay and then they want you wait 30 minutes around the corner.
