Order a 10 piece spicy nugget combo There was one car before me when I pulled my food was immediately ready. Meaning they only gave me old nuggets. They were old and warmed up. Felt rushed while ordering drive-thru, felt rushed while paying. Food came out fast and correct. Got home and my burger bun had a big chunk ripped off, spicy chicken sandwich were different and cheep looking and tasting but still expensive, fries were the only good option. We paid $30 for 2 Jr bacons, 2 spicy chicken sandwiches 1 large fry and 1 shake

I live by this Wendy’s and usually I like it, but one person in particular was so rude. My order was wrong and instead of asking for the bag to confirm what I said, she starts to tell me she packed it herself and basically telling me I’m incorrect. She turned out to be wrong and laughed it off. She was so combative and ready to argue instead of solving my problem. It was so irritated!!!
The staff is AMAZING here. I order online and go pick it up. My food is always good. Great price compared to other fast food options. Very rarely something is missing. The staff always apologize for any mistakes. And always make it right. The staff here works hard as hell. I hope they read this. You guys are awesome.
