Did not follow mask order with employee or customer. Store was in choas and order took awhile. Will not be visiting for awhile untill this is addressed. Very unprofessional.

I just got off work (10:37p) tonight on 5/5(sat) and wanted to get my usual; tried going inside, but the doors were locked so I rode my bike through the drive thru.
Waited 20 minutes before I got up to the speaker and was told that they couldn't take my order because I was on a bike so I talked to the manager and he told me that he couldn't do it because it was the rules.
I have worked fast food for over 5 years and not once in the employee handbook does it say that customers...read full review
