Do not let Brandon go. I am sitting in the parking area now and he is seriously one of the happiest and upbeat employees I have seen since coming here. He was very apologetic for me waiting like 4 minutes. No apologies were necessary. He is very much appreciated.
Ordered no problem but instructed to wait for my order along with other customers who were in line ahead of me. Restaurant not busy inside so I waited more than 5 minutes in parking lot & then my food was cold. Management needs to look into what's going on so customers don't have long waits ordering at window.
My first visit. After watching the Wendy’s tv commercial, I had to try the fresh not frozen hamburger. I just finished, now sipping on my frosty. I ordered the double combo. Excellent. db
