“Loved it, was excited to try the food. Had baobob, hibiscus, and iced tea. All drinks were wonderful. Baobob reminded me of soursop. Had the appetizer sampler, oxtail stew, goat pepper soup, and okra with lamb stew with fufu and jollof. I was excited to try fufu as I've seen too many reels with it. Everything was amazing. I really enjoyed the akara onion sauce. I need to know the name for it because I want to make it at home!“
“Whenever we are in Vegas this is our daily dinning spot. The services are fantastic and welcoming. The meals and snacks are diverse and not pricy. Meals are delicious and prepared to meet our needs - spicy ?. My family and I love dinning at this restaurant. The owners (couple) are welcoming and friendly. Thank you for meeting for dietary needs whenever we visit Vegas.Dietary restrictions: They take into account one’s dietary needs“
“A couple of friends and I stumbled on this place while looking to try something new. The outside could use a little bit of a renovation but the inside was nice, especially the special events table. The new owner, David, truly made us all feel like Queens. He took his time to explain a few of the dishes as we were completely ignorant to this type of cuisine. The food does take a little bit long because everything is cooked fresh when ordered but it was well worth the wait. We cannot wait to go back and support this up and coming local business.“
“I recently had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful Restaurant and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for a gathering with friends. The menu offered a diverse selection of dishes, each bursting with flavor and expertly crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The service was impeccable, with the attentive owner (BOSS) who made sure every need was met without being intrusive. Overall, MJ’s cuisine exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to return to Vegas for another memorable dining experience.“
“We met Fatima who is a wonderful owner of the restaurant at a convention who invited us to try her Senegalese food at her restaurant. We ordered the National dish of Senegalese (red snapper and jollof rice from the front cover of the menu), a roasted lamb leg dish (mbouti) and a juice and everything was finger licking good! Very flavorful and savory and good portions. The restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated. Highly recommended and will be back soon!“
