“So my 1st experience initially sucked..I literally only ordered 2 lrg fries & a ranch in which they told me it was ready but it wasnt so I had to wait an Xtra 5min for them, just to get it & they managed to mess that up some how. But Donna/Danna the manger came & over excelled on her customer service..making sure to keep true to her promise of making it right the next time I came in & SHE DID..I would have given them a 1 star.. but due to her calm & satisfying help, it made it worth a 5 star. “I've never thought of giving a wingstop a 5star review. No expectations as this is a foodcourt wingstop inside a hotel/casino. I Was iffy. But the food was fresh, hit crispy delicious. Cashier understood what I meant by Ez butter 💯! Corn with the Mexican street corn seasoning to die for!!! And even after calling my name the employee said stay put and brought it to us! Never have I ever had such great service with a smile.“
“I placed a fairly large order online for pickup. When I walked in I was greeted and immediately helped. The cashier said they were finishing up my order. In the meantime, I asked to use the restroom. They have M/W single stall for each. The women's room was very clean. When I came out, my order was ready to go ON TIME. The cashier & other employees said thank you. My car smells amazing with all of the yummy wings. Everything was cooked to perfection. I do wish that their fries were a little crisper but that my only complaint. The smiles and friendly staff are the main reason for my 5 star review! Great job.“

“It's nice to have a variety of sauces. If you eat spicy food on its own, it is too spicy for Koreans. However, if you eat it with ranch sauce, it will be neutralized. They say it's coming to Korea soon. I hope the quality gets better there.“
“I intended to order takeout from the location further down the road. However, when I arrived at my intended restaurant, the employee informed me that I had ordered from this recently opened location about three miles up the road. The restaurant appeared clean and sparkling brand new once I arrived, and my order was ready in the 20-minute time frame I requested. The employee I encountered seemed nice. I ordered a 20-piece bone-in meal of ten lemon pepper and ten mild buffalo wings. The ranch dressing that I received tasted better than the store-bought dressing I buy!I don't see how anyone can complain about purchasing boneless wings because it is such a taste drop-off between boneless and bone-in wings that I will never purchase boneless wings from Wingstop or anywhere else in life! Boneless wings taste like imitation meat and are glamorized chicken nuggets with a taste bud disability. Do yourself and your taste buds a favor and make the permanent switch bone-in wings. The price difference is worth it, and Wingstop should give their boneless wings away to the homeless and hungry public for free because they’re that dreadful! I had to force myself to finish the sixteen-piece boneless wings I ordered previously from a different WingstopThe bone-in wings at this location were tasty. However, I would prefer the wings to be a little less crispy. If the wings were softer, everything would be perfect. The crispiness did not warrant any star deduction, though. I would return.“
“Although the Wingstop app wasn’t working and I got charged anyway on my credit card, going into the store in person, Korie, one of the employees, went above and beyond the call of her duty to still treat me with respect and kindness. She had so much understanding that made me feel so ashamed of being furious in the first place. I wish there were more caring and concerned workers like these who truly make your company a place where coming back to. “I love me some wings. This location is inside the Red Rock casino. I’ve been there a few times now and the food is always really good. The lemon pepper fries are fantastic! I also liked the parmesan garlic fries but only in small doses as they’re a little strong. I just wish the service was a little faster at this particular Wing Stop.“
“So tonight I stop in after working a shift at the football game and there was a young man at the register who I struggled to get my order in with because it was kind of loud inside. Once I did get it he then told me they do not accept cash. I was devastated because that's all I had at the time because I was coming from work... I asked him to go get the manager to speak with them. A young lady came up front and she said yes. I apologize but we have been cashless for about 3 months and I told her my situation and she really helped me out. She was very polite and she allowed me to pay cash. I told her I didn't need the change. I just really was not having enough energy to go home and cook 😌💪🏾 so thank you!“

“I went in on Friday January 19th at 8pm and had the best experience. This was literally the best Wingstop I’ve ever had. The flavor was amazing and the fries were crisped to perfection. I will come for sure. The employees on the night shift also provided the best customer experience I’ve ever had for a Wingstop. The guy who took my order was very professional and sweet.“
“Haven’t had Wingstop in a while and decided to stop here for lunch. Haven’t tried out this location since it opened but it’s closest to me.
The service was so fast! This was the fastest Wingstop experience in MY LIFE! We ordered and I went to the bathroom and as I was washing my hands, my boyfriend texts me that the food was there. It literally took like 5 minutes or less. The crazier part too is that I always ask for well done fries so I expect the food to take a little longer to get the fries crispy but they came out great! Better than it’s ever been when I ordered from Wingstop before because for whatever reason, whenever I ask for well done fries at Wingstop, other locations can never do it right the first time. Well done means really crispy. They did it right here and did it fast.
The woman taking our order (Wendy) was also very nice and friendly, also checking on us after we had our food to see how we liked it.

“I always enjoy dining here. I order my food and take it to the sports book and eat it there. Wingstop is located in the Santa Fe Station Casino by the food court. Be patient. Around 18 minutes for extra crispy. I always order lemon pepper all flats and extra Crispy with fries. It comes with a ranch and if you want extra ranch it's an extra cost.
Overall, I enjoy coming here when I'm in the casino.“
“This is located at Boulder Station inside of the Food court. The food here is always fresh but, it is also very busy. Sometimes you have to wait 15 minutes or more to get your food. It is worth the wait because the food is always fresh. I go here for the hawaiian wings. I cant really eat anything other then that or the garlic parmesan wings because they are too spicy. The fries are homecut, and they are pretty good. The average 8 piece bone out wings with a drink is around $20.00.“
“Boneless wings are really nice as were the chicken strips. The chips were a bit tasteless and were just ‘ok’. Staff were friendly and location was clean and tidy. Quite a lengthy wait of 18-20 mins but we were told this when we paid so didn’t mind waiting and it was nice to be told. Think this is normal for wingstop as we went to another one whilst in Vegas and had to wait around the same time. Would recommend and would return.“
“This was my second time at this wingstop, I will say it wasn't as good as the first time. I did a pick up and my food was just ok it wasn't warm it was as if it had been sitting there my bites were not seasoned well at all. I had to add seasoning at home as well as reheat. Which is a completely different experience from the first time. Not sire if it was because it was so busy on the 2nd time I went. I'm giving it the review based on my 1st visit.“
“Having visited this Wingstop location regularly since it opened, I’ve experienced its ups and downs. Initially, the service was highly inconsistent, with frequent order errors, missing items, and wait times often exceeding the estimated delivery by 30 minutes or more. I provided feedback multiple times to help address these issues, and I’m pleased to report that over the past eight months from the time of this review, this location has shown remarkable improvement.
Recent visits have been a stark contrast to the past. Orders are now consistently accurate, with all items included as requested. Pickup times have become much quicker, and the staff is noticeably friendlier, creating a welcoming atmosphere. These changes reflect a clear effort to enhance the customer experience, and I commend the team for their progress.
However, one persistent issue remains: the fries. Despite ordering them extra crispy, they often arrive soggy and undercooked, unlike the perfectly prepared fries at other Wingstop locations in town. If this location can address the fry preparation, it has the potential to be among the best. Keep up the improvements, and please fix the fries!!

I’ve visited this Wingstop location over 20 times, and unfortunately, every experience has been marred by significant delays. Orders are consistently delivered 10 to 15 minutes late, with some instances far exceeding this. On my most recent visit, I waited over 35 minutes past the promised time in the parking lot, despite the restaurant appearing fully staffed. Staff informed me of an additional 15-minute wait, which extended further.
The situation worsened as I later learned, after a total wait of two hours, that the restaurant was prioritizing morning preorders, and my order would take another 20 minutes. This was unacceptable, especially with over 20 customers waiting in the lobby. I requested an immediate refund due to the excessive delay.
I’ve raised this issue with management multiple times, but no improvements have been made from order times to missing items. The consistent delays and lack of resolutions have led me to stop patronizing this location. I cannot recommend this Wingstop to others until these operational issues are addressed.“
“I am a dasher. This place is very slow, but when employee LULU is there she always gets things going and gets the orders out fast. Also when things are backed up she always apologizes to the customers about it and gets things up and running again.“
