I later returned with my boyfriend and took advantage of a BOGO drink offer, only to find out that they served the drinks in small cups that they don’t typically use. It seemed like we were getting a free drink, but in reality, it wasn’t much of a deal. If you’re going to offer a promotion, make sure it’s genuine. Offering a misleading BOGO deal just makes you look bad.

My new favorite drink stop! So so refreshing and tasty! The Brown sugar pearl with milk and the Mango sago are so good! Cures my craving. As well as their little boba looking pancakes, a little sweet and good texture/flavor.

Love the teas here, especially the fruit tea! They're located right next to Circle K. I absolutely love the lychee fruit tea but they have plenty of options to choose from.
Their milk tea is also good, it's a small shop kinda one man show so service is a bit slow but I'm ok with that. You can order in advance too.
Will definitely come back just for the sago. 5/5.

Friendly staff. I’ve only tried their matcha. It is good quality and strong. You have options to customize like substituting milk. They have pretty good promotions like BOGO free. Only wish is they play music so it’d be a better atmosphere to hang out.

Pancake machine broke and the POS machine froze. Still got charged for the order I placed on the frozen POS machine. I calling a couple days later (after the transaction posted) to see if I can get a refund. No one picked up the phone despite calling around noon and ringing for 2+ minutes twice.There was only one person working when I visited. This place also closes before the advertised closing time. Food and boba is decent but the professionalism and service quality is poor.Yi Fang is a great franchise, but this location is horrible. Can't recommend this place. Go elsewhere.

Great tea option in on the southwest side without having to go up rainbow or all the way to spring mountain. Got the winter melon green tea(no additional sugar) and the grass jelly milk tea half sweet. Both were perfect.

the drinks are good and the employees are friendly! i recommend the mango pomelo sago 75% sweetness, but of course ask the employees for recommendations they know a lot. my only issues with the business are:- no tip jar: i didn’t see a tip jar both times i went and would hope that the employees are getting tipped fairly and not through card transactions.- no change for cash: i had 16 nickels given to me because there were no quarters left lol, i would have put in the tip jar but there wasn’t one ?- drinks taste different every time: this isn’t a big issue, but the drinks always vary in sweetness? i’ll get 50% sweetness one day on the same drink and then get regular sweetness and it will taste the same.

Absolutely delightful. Will always make a point to come here whenever I'm in Vegas. The owner is super nice, knowledgeable and helpful, and the tea is the best I've ever had. I really like their cold fruit teas, but their menu has something for everyone.

we’ve tried this place three times and every time it’s been a disappointment. we got home and had to blend the taro for our mik tea as it was all clumped together. nice people but the drinks are not good at all.
