“If there were other employees on schedule, you certainly did not see them doing much. DJ basically ran his legs off taking care of the dining room. He was attentive & personable and highly effective. It was almost embarrassing how hard this guy worked, virtually on his own. The other waiters/waitresses should be embarrassed. We enjoyed our experience and appreciate the quality of service. DJ is a keeper!“

“Been a long time since we have been to Laughlin and decided to check it out. Came into Harrah’s and grabbed breakfast at the Beach Cafe. The hotel is clean, gambling was great and our server Naima was awesome as well! Always checking on us and fun to talk to!“

“Looked like they only had 1 person working the front end and maybe 1 or 2 in the back. Definitely need 2 people in the front Dustin busy times....had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to be helped while the 1 person there took care of the person ahead of me...meaning taking order, making order, and checking the customer out. The food/drink I was finally able to get was amazing though“

“GREAT RESORT COFFEE & TEA SPOT! Nestled inside the Aquarius Resort and Casino is Duet which is known for its bountiful coffee options, soothing tea, and yummy pastries (donuts, fritters)! I stopped by in the morning for a cold brew w/ oat milk and it tasted better than some Starbucks! I loved my drink so much I came back the same day in the afternoon and tried one of their green tea drinks. I can verify that it was just as good! Note: If you’re looking for a quick lunch, they have grab-n-go salads and other lunch favorites.

I really enjoyed the quiet, vacation vibes in here. The staff were mild and friendly, while the patrons were super mellow, even the kiddos! There’s tons of seating with comfy cushions and tables for various group sizes.“

“A place in the Tropicana hotel casino near the pool open early e morning where you can finally have a real coffee and take it away at the beginning of your journey of the day coffee and good pastries. However I note because it is the first time that I pay abroad in credit card and that I am asked for my ID card to see if my CB had not been stolen! is it because this hotel has a casino will know a bit weird that said when you ask me at first I thought I misunderstood....“

“Was here on Monday night, March 17th, 2025. The food came out as described but i couldn't eat the sides do to diet restrictions. My server Carrie and the manager Julie went way above and beyond and got me another slice of prime rib for a discount to make up for it. That's awesome customer service!“

“Got the steak and eggs special for $10.99. It was a lot of food. I had steak cooked medium well, hash browns, eggs over medium well and biscuits and gravy. Everything was very good, the eggs were cooked to perfection and medium well eggs is hard to get right most of the time, however, the steak was full of gristle. I ended up having to leave a third of it on the plate because it was pure gristle. The server greeted me promptly after being seated and then was very kind and attentive to me while I was there.“
