I NEVER leave reviews, but I had to say something after what I experienced tonight (5/28/25). The guy who was expediting , I’m pretty sure he was a lead or manager , was straight up awful. He just stood there doing absolutely nothing while the rest of the team was clearly overwhelmed. No urgency, no effort, no decency in helping his coworkers or moving things along. He looked like he couldn’t be bothered at all. Even disappeared from his duties , slowing things down even more...
Affordable consistent food. Bit of a wait after ordering but it’s good to know food is made to order. Always tasted good and had no issues. Cashiers could be a little faster it can get backed up some times to order but the ladies are always super polite and do a good job.
We are here when we arrived to the Harrah's and checked in. To start, it's a small menu but from what we tried it's pretty good quality. I ordered the double cheeseburger and it was pretty good. It's served on a nice bun and the patties tasted good. I ordered their special fries which had some herbs on them and they were pretty good but they were kinda soggy. My wife ordered their special herby tots with her burger and they were much better than the fries....
