Burgers were great, however they were having trouble with their shake machine, and rather than admit it was broken and tell people they couldn't get a milkshake, they kept taking orders for them. Since the one person taking orders was the same person making the shakes, the line took forever to move. I didn't even order a shake...partly knowing what it would do to the people in line behind us, but my time in line was in excess of 20-30 minutes. (That is just to place...
The burger tasted delicious and was cooked to perfection, satisfying my hunger. Unfortunately, the fries were cold, which was a minor disappointment to the meal. However, the service provided was excellent, with the staff being attentive and friendly. Overall, it was a generally positive dining experience, despite the issue with the fries. I will consider returning in the future for another meal.
They were short staffed and only had one cook. Most orders were taking at least 30 minutes! My friend got hers first and I had to wait to get mine although I ordered right after her.
