“We came for dinner early in hopes of missing the noisy golf crowd and it worked for most of dinner. It was just very very loud so we left before dessert. The food was amazing. The staff goes above and beyond. Next time we will try eating in the little room off the bar... Part of the lounge I believe. We will be back.”

“Big taste for a little place you don't want to miss. Have eaten here for several years and rarely disappointed because the food is just that good. Since they added more people that speak better English at the drive up it has only improved. That's not a dig it's just sometimes a little harder to order unless they have a strong English speaker. From tacos to burritos to taquitos this little place puts out the quality and does so better than some of the larger Mexican restaurants in town. Great for Friday night at home take out or dining in with them. And don't miss out on the drinks they offer. Have always had good service attitude from them. Thanks for being there for me on many a night.”

“I visited Cinnamon Cafe and my waitress was Lisa. She was amazing and very informative. My wife ordered the Carne asada breakfast and I ordered the chicken and waffles. Look guys, if you're looking for a lowkey, delicious, fresh option, this is the place. I was very surprised to taste some food that could hang with the big dogs and be in such a quiet quaint setting. Go check it out and you wont regret the fresh homestyle cooked food. It feels authentically simple with great flavor and great service!”

“We would do Gregory's again for sure. There is no comparison to the other major steak house at the other casino.. all we have had there was bad service and bad food. No comparison at all. Thank you for a wonderful dinner and evening!”

“Great food! Got hors d'oeves, lunch... Hamburger for my husband and fish and chips for me. Tasted like fresh from scratch for every dish we eaten here recently and in the past. We've eaten here on the patio on beautiful days several times. Fantastic view of the golf course and wonderful atmosphere. Always fantastic service and delicious food. A little gem for Mesquite locals. Most restaurants in Mesquite that have a varied menu, are crazy hard to get into and the food is not very good. There are a few diners are right next to the freeway so there's often a huge weight for subpar food because travelers are stopping in to dine. There are two restaurants that we've kind of given up on in general due to poor management and one with poor customer service, management and just purely too busy for locals to be able to get into easily. Casinos seem to be the only other place that have cafes and those can be smokey and smelly and the food is just okay and oftentimes on weekends is long the wait is excruciatingly long. Unfortunately the thing about Mesquite, is the restaurants that are going in are geared for those travelers on the i15. So restaurants that are getting built are based on that demographic. But there is a huge population of families and retirees who don't really have a lot of options when it comes to dining in their town with a varied menu. There's some great varieties of ethnic foods in town, like Mexican food, Thia and Italian. But as far as quieter sit down, nice restaurants with a larger selection of foods there seems to be fewer with the atmosphere that Wolf Creek has. Definitely a fabulous restaurant that we enjoy going to will be visiting again soon.”
“There truly isn't a better place to fuel up, grab a snack or just meet a friend for coffee. Cool in the summer and warm In the winter the proprietors go the extra length to provide a clean, affordable place to get those everyday supplies that we all need.”

“Holy scoop! Great little ice cream shop. The ice cream is made by Thrifty and some by Dreyer's. The flavor is classic and old fashioned style. Tasty and not too sweet.
You have the option to put on a lot of different toppings.”
“Service was relatively quick, lots of options for a small location from coffee to espresso based hot and cold coffee drinks. Had a selection of Krispy Kreme donuts as well. Located inside Casablanca Resort and Casino and open 24 hours.”

“Food was excellent no matter what you choose. Plenty of options ranging from a nice salad bar with fresh veggies and fruit to hot foods including chicken to pork round to a Fajita station. We were there on a Saturday night which was "steak and shrimp." Didn't have the steak but my guest did like his cut of meat. Prepared to whatever temperature you would like which was a nice feature. Their shrimp was great. Large battered prawns with plenty of meat and less breading. Also had fresh peeled shrimp which my guests did like. My recommendations include the mesquite chicken, pork round with gravy, rosemary potatoes and the battered shrimp. Only negative comment from my table was that the carved prime rib was a little dry. Service was excellent. Our waitress was quick to clean plates but also grabbed us soft drinks and coffee when needed. Did an awesome job! Highly recommend Mesa Buffet when in Mesquite!
Parking: Nice mix of open lot spaces as well as valet service as needed.
Kid-friendliness: Many young children were at the buffet even though I didn't see too many "kid options" available. Must have been eating what the grown ups were eating”

“Take out and it got me through the day. Its been about 10 years since I've had Panda. I was opting for a more traditional Chinese take out but this time I had a craving and low time and Panda really hit the spot.”

“Reading over the other reviews where people decided to take pics of their food after it was 75% or more eaten, obviously makes it look far less appealing, then they complain in their reviews. Some others seem like they have a personal agenda. We don’t live here, we stayed a couple days at the Best Western and ate at several places, including Peggy Sue’s. The atmosphere isn’t bad, it’s a decent attempt at a 50’s diner theme. Yes, none of the servers or employees on the floor were wearing any kind of 50’s uniforms or attire. But we didn’t go in for that. There was 50’s music lightly playing. We ordered a chicken wedge salad with avocado, artichoke and ranch dressing. Also a turkey, bacon avocado sandwich with side salad and ranch. The menu said choice of bread but I didn’t specify and they didn’t ask, it came on white. Also a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. Everything was pretty fresh and tasty. The wedge maybe could’ve used a little more chicken and avocado, but it is a lot of iceberg lettuce going into a wedge. Iced tea was good and the staff were attentive. The prices, maybe a little on the higher side as to other places we’ve eaten locally or regionally for overall value for the buck. But if your looking to save money or on a strict budget, don’t eat out. My meal was $14.99 and the wedge salad was $15.99. The mashers were $3.99, that might give you an idea. If we’re in Mesquite again, we’d visit Peggy Sue’s for another meal. We saw lots of cars there this am for breakfast, and this evening they were fairly full; so there doing something right.”

“I’m usually not one to really complain, or to write a bad review but it. It took a good five minutes of waiting for somebody to come and cut the turkey for me while I stood there with my daughter waiting, and the staff was just visiting with each other instead of helping me they were just chitchatting I was trying to be polite and let them talk a second but after a few minutes, it was like OK hello we’re still standing here so I had to put my plate down walk all the way over to where they were talking, which wasn’t very far but just down the line and say can I get somebody to please cut this and she says yes I can be there in a minute to finish talking and then walk down the line and finally came . Also, the server took about 10 minutes to come and greet me and my daughter and to get us beverages she however, got her friends that came in after us beverages right away, cleaned up plates and got refills Before she even acknowledged us. She chitchat with her friend as well before she even came to ask us if we wanted something to drink with our meal, however decent variety of food. Just wish the stuff would’ve been more attentive.”
