Chipotle Mexican Grill

The 38 year old cashier who didn’t look a day over 30 was so charming and fun. Chipotle is the only restaurant in the world, that’s what I say now

The restaurant was in extremely poor condition — there was trash scattered all over the floor, the dining area was dirty, and it looked very poorly maintained.

There was also a leak in front of the register, with water all over the floor, which made the area unsafe and unhygienic.

Additionally, they did not have guacamole or vegetables available during my visit. Most concerning, I found a hair in my bowl. When I informed the staff, the young woman at the counter announced that apparently there was a hair in my plate, which was unprofessional.

This was a horrible experience, especially because I am a frequent customer of Chipotle and usually enjoy your food.

Got there just before 8:30pm.
They were out of white rice, pinto beans, black beans, veggies, and barely had any chicken left so I was given a tiny portion.
And the brown rice I was given was crunchy.
Probably the worst experience I've had at chipotle.

Nice food, nice stuff

Dude the food was awful. It tasted sour. It was just disgusting. I’ve been told by people not to eat here but I gave it a shot and it was terrible. I’ll just make it at home at this point. 0/10 terrible.

I went in and purchased a to go order the woman that was putting my order together had a horrible attitude no smile and just overall bad customer service I really hope she was not the manager and if not the existing manager needs to go over or create an SOP (standard operating procedure) for handling customer service correctly.

When we started to park you could see the staff run into the dining area to put chairs on the tables 45 minutes before they closed. It was easy to see the staff, all kids, didn't want us there. The beans were crusted over and they were out of several things. I wouldn't recommend it unless the GM can get it under control.

Chill location with comfortable seating and friendly staff. Unfortunately they were out of sofritas but I ended up getting a veggie burrito and it was delicious! We hit this spot up for lunch after doing some hiking all weekend in Zion on our way to Vegas.

We used to eat here all the time. Then management change ruined it along w the food quality. We recently thought we would try again and ended up sick for 3 days. The young workers at the counter loudly expressed their dislike of the manager Tia which was shocking. We should have taken that as a clue the food would be less than ( when employees are negative ). Well we ended up at Mesa View very sick for an IV due to continual vomit. We did report to the health dept and Chipotle’s corporate. They offered food credit 😂😂. Trash

This place has actually improved a lot in the last six months. Twice this week I saw clean floors, clean tables, a clean beverage station and a team that cares about service. The food was very good, especially the honey chipotle burrito I had. The manager Tiana has turned this crew around big time. The negative reviews only reflect people who are going to cut down an establishment no matter how good they really are. The serving sizes were very generous for me & my guest. And it's hardly ever crazy busy in there, so you should give it a(nother) chance!

The beans have been under cooked on three separate occasions and today, there was nasty long thick black hair in my veggie bowl. Disgusting and unsanitary. Definitely the last time purchasing food from this place. These are too many mistakes and these mistakes can make people sick. If you don't like your job then get another one before you send someone to the hospital. Unacceptable.
