These clowns are not trained to do their job. Asked for double protein and was not double the lady did two half scoops instead of two full scoops, so i basically only got one serving of chicken. Unorganized, paid for double protein and only got the one serving this is unacceptable. We also ordered a cheese quesadilla with two sides and they charged for a chicken quesadilla with additional sides even though the quesadilla should come with 3 sides. Ordered five meals and still got unacceptable service. Spent 50+ dollars for a messed up meal. The only employee who did everything as it should be was the white guy with the beard. We don’t know his name, but give that man a raise!!! He SINGLE HANDEDLY keeps this place together!!👏👏👏GOOD JOB

PLEASE GET SOMEONE IN HERE TO TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE. UNEDUCATED EMPLOYEES WORKING HERE. DON’T GET ME STARTED ON THE UNPROFESSIONAL ATTIRE. THE DUDE HAD HIS HAT ON SIDEWAYS AND THEIR HAIR IS FULLY OUT AND FALLING INTO THE FOOD BUCKETS. DON’T MAKE ME CALL CORPORATE.

Thee rudest customer service I have ever experienced I don’t know if the lady was over worked but still no excuse for the rudeness in there drive thru window. I see why their rating is t even 3 stars they need some customer service training severely

We've heard only bad about Chipotle so decided to try it. The staff, all four of them standing together, were nice. The food was okay. I had decent portions in my Bowl. I think I had more food in it than my husband's burrito had. The real issue was the lack of cleanliness. All the tables and chairs were dirty and the area by the food service was a mess... used gloves and other crap on the floor. And the four workers were still gathered together just talking, not attempting to clean a thing. And there was a lot to clean.

A complete joke. A few months back my wife and I wanted to try the new brisket product (commercials looked great). We entered and immediately noticed there wasn't a clean table in the restaurant (not a single one - I kid you not). Asked server (male) at front about the new offering but was told they were out. We asked about fresh product being made and were told no one on the floor could prep/cook the food and the manager was on a call with store owners or corporate (we think - a little unclear on who they were talking with) and wouldn't be available for at least 20-25 minutes. Over the years we have had a few similar experiences with Chipolte. I understand there are probably some locations that do a decent job but our experiences have not been good ones. We won't be going back.

Its really dirty in there and also their food has so much oregano in it. I ordered a stake burrito. I couldn’t taste the meat just oregano.

I recently visited Chipotle and had a very disappointing experience. The staff were incredibly rude and made me feel harassed and discriminated against. As a Black person and someone who is bigger, I felt singled out and disrespected. The manager, who is also bigger, was present, and I thought he would understand and intervene, but that didn’t happen. On the other hand, he would laugh when this one young lady (white, dark hair and nose pierced) laughed at me! This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I hope that Chipotle takes steps to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and dignity in the future.

Only come here if you want baby proportions for full price. I love Chipotle, but Mesquite is not representing your brand well.

Ordered a burrito and they put less than half a spoonful of each item. Like a laughable amount to a point I thought I was being pranked. When they finished the burrito it was the size of a small bean burrito from Del Taco. When I asked why it was so small they said “it depends what you put in it” no, it depends what YOU put in it. I told you want I wanted and you made a burrito half the size of my fist. It was more tortilla than ingredients. They also said this was due to “corporate” coming down on them. I called Chipotle corporate and they have never suggested to decrease the size. Won’t be back.

We had the BEST service from the crew today. Brittany ( spelling ) went out of her way to make our ordering experience fun! She was helpful and funny! Very enjoyable visit. We love going there and the food is always fresh and taste great! So thankful we have this option here in Mesquite! Joe to the pool to enjoy our food!
